新华社南昌12月14日新媒体专电（“新华视点”记者胡锦武、余贤红）近日，江西九江市濂溪区海会镇农医所原所长江玮二审被九江市中级人民法院以贪污罪判处有期徒刑8年，11名党员领导干部因失职渎职被当地纪检监察部门问责。
“新华视点”记者调查发现，江玮担任镇农医所所长期间，挪用新农合资金172.5万元并挥霍一空，其中逾半被用于充值Q币玩网络游戏，并用电脑制作4张虚假网银转账截图轻易躲过监管。
170多万元新农合资金被“截留”挥霍
江玮于2012年4月开始担任庐山区（今年5月30日更名为濂溪区）海会镇新型农村合作医疗管理所所长。2015年8月，九江市庐山区在组织开展新农合基金专项检查中，发现海会镇2015年度新农合资金172.5万元未转入区财政局负责管理的区新农合基金专户。
据当地纪检监察部门调查，2014年12月9日至2015年2月27日，江玮负责收取辖区新农合资金，并上缴至庐山区新型合作医疗管理局财政专户，经手收取了庐山区海会镇19228名村民的新农合资金，共计1730520元，后将钱全部存入其个人银行账户。
2015年2月28日，江玮截留新农合资金172.5万元，仅上缴5520元至庐山区农医局财政专户。自2014年12月9日至2015年8月18日，江玮将截留的172.5万元全部挥霍一空，其中超过一半用于充值购买Q币，余款用于购买轿车、归还个人借款及生活消费。
2015年8月18日22时许，公安机关在庐山区某宾馆将江玮抓获。案发后，九江市庐山区人民检察院反贪污贿赂局扣押了江玮用赃款购置的宝马3系轿车一辆。
案发后，当地纪检监察部门决定，对江玮案中存在严重失职的海会镇党委书记张相金、海会镇镇长叶斌、海会镇人大主席王安、海会镇司法所所长胡业存等多人立案调查。
