南京原书记杨卫泽受贿超1600万 获刑12年6个月
人民日报客户端12月14日消息，2016年12月14日，浙江省宁波市中级人民法院公开宣判江苏省委原常委、南京市委原书记杨卫泽受贿案，对被告人杨卫泽以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十二年六个月，并处没收个人财产人民币二百万元；对杨卫泽受贿所得财物及其孳息予以追缴，上缴国库。
经审理查明：2005年至2014年，被告人杨卫泽先后利用担任中共无锡市委书记、江苏省委常委、南京市委书记等职务上的便利，为相关单位和个人在房地产开发、公司经营、职务提拔等事项上提供帮助，直接或者通过其妻非法收受相关人员给予的财物共计折合人民币1 643.4643万元。
宁波市中级人民法院认为，被告人杨卫泽的行为构成受贿罪。鉴于杨卫泽到案后，如实供述自己罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的部分受贿犯罪事实；认罪悔罪，积极退赃，赃款赃物已全部追缴，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，依法可以从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。
