法晚记者获悉，此案涉及被告有14人，相关证人多达323人。据程幼泽代理律师杨学林、朱孝顶介绍，该案将在阳城县人民法院公开审理三天。

5月27日，晋城市召开“打黑除恶专项斗争进行再动员、再部署会议”，通报晋城市公安局“5·23”专案组于5月26日，以“涉嫌聚众扰乱社会秩序罪”，“依法将程幼泽刑拘”。
6月10日，山西省公安厅发布信息，确认程幼泽已于6月8日被“依法批准逮捕”。同日，晋城中院对其减刑做出了裁定，该院裁定撤销之前对其减的刑。
据公开报道显示，程幼泽曾三次入狱，加上这次被批准逮捕，他已是“四进宫”。
