在这次小调查中，我发现了一个有趣现象，长时间在睡前躺着看电子产品的，几乎都是单身！

一位年轻未婚女记者说，她睡觉前，每天都要在床上刷一小时手机，因为这个时候最放松最安静，她只有在这个时候才有空细细浏览朋友圈……

浙江省眼科医院杭州院区视光部副主任陈岩说，躺着看手机，手机距离眼睛较近，一般低于40厘米（40厘米是相对比较标准的近距离阅读的检测距离），这时眼睛的肌肉会高度紧张，更容易产生视疲劳。而视疲劳是近视眼产生和近视度数快速加深的重要原因，尤其是处于青少年时期的孩子，躺着看手机对视力的损害更大。

此外，人们躺着时的眼压比站着时高，仰卧时又比侧卧时高，所以经常躺着看手机，还会导致眼压升高，发生眼睛肿痛、视物模糊、头晕脑涨等症状，如果本来就是高眼压或者青光眼潜在人群，那么很可能这时会被诱发。

长时间盯着电子产品，还会导致眨眼频率下降，泪膜分泌不足，也会造成干眼症。

邵逸夫医院骨科主任、脊柱病专家范顺武教授说，躺着看手机对颈椎还有影响，因为颈椎正常的生理弧度是朝前凸的，而躺着的时候颈椎姿势是往后的，颈椎后部的肌肉会劳损，前方颈椎间盘的压力会增加，久而久之会导致颈椎病。

手经常举着，保持同一姿势，对肩关节也有劳损。尤其是现在天气冷了，要把手机举起来的同时，肩关节也会裸露在外，40岁以上的人群，就很容易因此得上“冻结肩”。
