这是一场跨时四年多轰动全浙江的“铁笼沉尸案”，先后经历侦查与反侦查，跨国追捕，百米深水打捞，案情发展扑朔迷离，侦办过程一波三折，堪比影视大片！

2016年12月13日上午，杭州市中级人民法院根据中国最高人民法院院长签发的执行死刑命令，依法对“铁笼沉湖”案中犯故意杀人、非法拘禁罪的首犯胡方权验明正身，押赴刑场执行死刑。
2012年6月10日，因为巨额债务纠纷，内蒙古籍的生意人张老板在杭州凤起路温德姆酒店被人接走，随后遭到非法拘禁，数月间辗转永嘉、青田山区，最后被发急的债主和手下抛进滩坑水库，惨遭杀害。而这个铁笼沉尸案的主谋是当年的温州籍“老大”胡某。

2015年2月11日，杭州市中级人民法院曾对此案进行了第四次开庭审理。法庭当庭播放的水下打捞视频触目惊心：在水下83米深处，被害男子张某的遗体如同婴儿般，紧紧蜷缩在不大的笼子里，双腿悬空。至此，这名44岁的内蒙古商人沉入湖底已长达28个月。
为了这一刻，杭州下城公安分局的专案组已奋战900多天，实施了中国公安史上最艰难的深水打捞。
在近300个西湖大小、且深百米的水库里打捞一个人，极其艰难。经历过多次打捞失败，2014年10月20日，尸体搜寻工作被重启，先后出动水下机器人和国内顶级深水扫描设备。终于在2014年12月28日，北山大桥一侧水深80余米处，张的尸体及铁笼被成功搜索到，2015年1月6日被害人张老板的尸体及铁笼被成功起获。
当这个铁笼被抬到法庭上，所有人都震惊了：尺寸仅为60×70×70厘米！张某身高1米8，重达200斤，是如何生生地被装进笼子的？

法医出具的尸体检验报告说，由于尸体在水中浸泡时间过长，高度腐败，不能明确是溺水身亡，最后结论为死因不明。
究竟发生了什么事
土豪老板被关进猪笼扔进湖底！
2012年6月10号晚7点半左右，内蒙古籍的老板张某在杭州市区温德姆酒店和温州人胡某见面，此前张老板曾向胡某借了上千万的资金，胡某这次就是来要钱的。张老板原本以为就是一次普通的沟通，没想到还钱没谈成，就被胡某一伙人控制并带离杭州，就此失去联系。当晚11点胡某给张老板家人打电话，索要5000万赎金偿还双方之前的巨额债务，付钱再放人。

胡某18岁就在温州干起“蛇头”工作，帮人偷渡到国外，拥有极强的反侦察意识，他一边频繁给张老板家人打电话索要赎金，一边辗转温州、永嘉、台州、丽水，警方四十多天的寻找没有收获，胡某也随后消失，不见踪影。五个月后，2013年2月20号，民警发现胡某潜逃到泰国。杭州下城警方紧急派出6名警员，在泰国公安的配合下在曼谷一家宾馆将胡某抓获。

随后警方展开收网行动，其他参与案件的13人先后落网。不过摆在民警面前的难题是，人质也就是最关键证据还是杳无音讯。在审查中，胡某坚持声称自己只是拘禁了张老板，两个月后就把人放了，不知道为什么张老板下落不明。
警方为此展开全面攻心审查，终于在嫌犯金某、张某和傅某三个人口中得到一致说法：2012年9月1号凌晨在胡某的指示下，几人将张老板装进铁笼子，通过皮卡车运到青田北山大桥，趁着夜色张老板被扔进了丽水青田的千峡湖。
就此案件从非法拘禁直接转变为故意杀人。但更大的难题来了，活要见人，死要见尸。但千峡湖，库区面积71平方公里，仅次于千岛湖。在经历四次下水、三次打捞后终于在2014年12月28号下午四点钟，发现铁笼。通过DNA比对，确定是受害人张某。2015年1月5号上午，尸体被打捞上岸。

一起命案却涉及百米深水打捞，这在国内公安界还是首次，同时这也是浙江省首起跨国追捕的命案。
在铁证面前，胡某依旧坚持：他在桥头就把张老板释放了。而胡某的辩护人当庭提出，鉴定死因不明，如何能定故意杀人？他认为，死因不明，则很难判断，张某在入水那一刻，甚至是被抬上桥栏杆那一刻的生死状态。

法院审理认为，根据胡某多名手下的供述，当时装运张某时他还活着，足以判定张某是活体高坠入水，于水中死亡的事实。虽然尸体因高度腐败无法鉴定具体死亡原因，并不影响故意杀人行为的认定。
2015年3月16日，法院一审宣判：被告人胡某犯故意杀人罪，判处死刑，剥夺政治权利终身；犯非法拘禁罪，判处有期徒刑三年，两罪并罚，决定执行死刑，剥夺政治权利终身。另两名手下，张某两罪并罚，决定执行死刑，缓期二年执行；金某两罪并罚，决定执行无期徒刑。
昨天上午，首犯胡方权终于走向了刑场。
