同张先生一样，家住绿地老街1期的王女士也遇到了这个问题。而和张先生家不同的是，她家里的水，不但颜色发黄而且浑浊不堪。
“12日晚上出现这个问题后，我们持续放水一个小时，一点效果都没有。拨打物业公司电话，物业也不知道咋回事儿，从网上找到自来水公司的电话，始终打不通。”王女士说，到了13日早上，打开水龙头，水还是黄褐色。

12月14日下午，记者将市民关注的十大问题进行详细整理，并和郑州自来水公司宣传处处长王惠取得联系，请其回复或者请其帮忙联系该公司领导或者相关部门负责人给予解答。然而，出乎记者意料的是，王惠通过短信对记者的问题予以回复，回复内容比13日回复的内容少了两个字，共131字。
更让记者意外的是，回复内容同前一天的几乎一模一样。如果说区别，只是将前一天的“此情况很快会得到解决”修改为“此情况已基本解决”。
随后，记者多次拨打王惠的电话，对方始终不予接听。记者再次发短信，请其对十大问题进行回复，结果，她又将131个字的回复内容再次发送给记者。

水压升高导致管壁杂质脱落 但还有一大堆问题待解
通过郑州自来水公司131个字的回复不难看出，郑州市东北区域自来水突然浑浊，和一次施工有关。
这次施工，就是打通了直径为1.2米的南北走向供水干管与平安大道沿线东西走向的供水干管。之所以要打通这两根供水干管，是“为解决郑州市东北区域尤其是龙子湖高校园区的用水需求”。
据媒体报道，早在半个月前，郑州自来水公司就进行施工计划，施工期间，该区域自来水暂时由丹江水置换成黄河水。而这两条供水干管打通后，水源也由黄河水再次置换为丹江水，水压提升了0.1MPa，导致管壁杂质冲刷脱落，才出现了自来水浑浊现象。
此前一天，该公司负责人曾对媒体表示，水压波动引起的部分相关区域自来水浊度升高，只是短时间的，该公司已采取相应措施，加派人手到街道消火栓、施工区的内部管口等管网末梢放水，并在比较严重的小区，拆除水表及时放水。同时，该公司也提醒，若发现家中出现水质浑浊现象，切记不能饮用，打开水龙头，将浑水放掉即可。
值得一提的是，早在2014年年底郑州市南部的刘湾水厂通丹江水前夕，当时郑州自来水公司就召开新闻发布会宣布：丹江水到来，郑州南部的水源将由黄河水变成丹江水，输水方向将“由北往南”输水变成“由南往北”输水，供水管道内的水质、流速、压力发生改变，很有可能造成管道内部附着物脱落，造成水质发黄发浑。为此，该公司提前预警，并采取多种措施。
