法制网南京12月16日电 记者马超 今天，江苏省南京市中级人民法院一审公开宣判了江苏省盐业集团原董事长、江苏省盐务管理局原局长王德善受贿、国有公司人员滥用职权案，认定被告人王德善犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑十年，罚金人民币六十万元；犯滥用职权罪，判处有期徒刑五年，决定执行有期徒刑十二年，罚金人民币六十万元。受贿所得财物予以追缴，上缴国库。
经审理查明，2003年至2014年，被告人王德善利用其担任江苏省盐业集团有限公司董事长、党委书记、江苏省盐务管理局局长等职务便利，为相关单位或个人在业务招投标、职级晋升等事项上谋取利益，非法收受财物共计折合人民币241.85万元。2008年，王德善在江苏省盐业集团有限公司并购重组过程中，对江苏省国资委出具的备案提示意见未组织落实，造成投资损失人民币3.47亿元。王德善还违规向其他企业出借款项以及为下属企业借款进行担保，造成损失人民币6.01亿元。
南京市中级人民法院认为，被告人王德善的行为已构成受贿罪、国有公司人员滥用职权罪。王德善受贿犯罪情节严重，国有公司人员滥用职权犯罪致使国家利益遭受特别重大损失。王德善到案后，如实供述自己罪行。
法庭遂作出上述判决。
