12月16日，深圳警方在新闻通气会上称，根据涉事公司报案和为期一个月的侦查抓捕工作，深圳市首起盗刷电影票案件被破获。7月11日，最后1名在逃嫌疑人潘某主动投案自首，目前6名嫌疑人已全部被移送起诉。
据参与该起案件的福田网警大队民警邱显明介绍，警方于今年3月9日接到深圳某文化发展有限公司报案称，其员工在工作时发现存在大量电影票流失的情况。从3月7日起，其经营的平台网站被人恶意盗刷共计损失4120张电影票，涉案金额约22.3万元人民币。

接报之后，深圳市公安局网警支队和福田区公安分局等相关部门联手开展立案侦查。在侦查过程中，警方发现，涉事公司损失的电影票是中国各地各影院的通票，嫌疑人采取的作案手法是利用电影售票网站后台数据不够完善的漏洞，通过网络抓包软件，对影院网络后台进行数据修改再盗刷。
涉案嫌疑人利用这种技术将每张电影票的价格修改成一分钱或者0元，进行零成本取票。经过前期的侦查，警方发现湖南常德的潘某是涉案犯罪嫌疑人之一，以他为首的团伙中，还有四川成都、浙江温州以及常德等地的5名同伙。
在掌握具体情况和证据之后，深圳警方前往上述三个城市，对该团伙展开了抓捕。随着7月11日，最后1名在逃嫌疑人潘某主动投案自首，目前6名犯罪嫌疑人已全部到案。

经警方审讯发现，这个团伙的犯罪嫌疑人都是亲戚、朋友或者同学的熟人关系，团伙中的潘某最先研究出在深圳某影院网站可以利用网络抓包软件，对网站后台电影票价格进行修改，以零成本盗刷。
尝到甜头后，潘某伙同他的堂兄一起参与盗刷电影票中来。刚开始，潘某使用抓包软件，通过人工一张票一张票来修改，刷取电影票后变现。后来潘某嫌这种方式的工作效率太低，而其堂兄的电脑技术水平较高，于是其堂兄研发出一个自动化的盗刷软件，可以批量盗刷电影票。
足不出户就可以赚钱，潘某很快便将这个软件分享给他的同学，并传授盗刷电影票的经验。四川成都和浙江温州两地的几个同伙相继加入盗刷电影票中来。据了解，该团伙的成员文化水平多为大专以上，都是20岁左右的年轻人，其中还有一对情侣。

破案民警介绍称，该团伙在作案中也显示出一定的警惕性，具有一定的反侦察意识，作案时，他们往往购买几天后的电影票，不是第一时间把一个场全包下来，降低了被发现的几率。
被抓获前，该团伙盗刷到的四千多张电影票已全部成功变现，这个团伙是如何迅速变现的？警方侦查发现，该团伙一般在网络上的聊天软件进行销售，每张票刷取成功后会获得验证码，团伙成员便在第一时间把场次、时间以及验证码等信息给黄牛党进行变现，卖出的价格往往是原票价的六成。

抓捕过程中，深圳警方还缴获了包括二十多部手机、多张银行卡、密码器和电脑等一批作案工具。审讯中，此案嫌疑人已承认盗刷电影票的犯罪行为。
除了该案，深圳警方还通报了破获“某APP网络平台被入侵盗窃案”、“某公司被破坏计算机信息系统案”、“某APP木马病毒破坏计算机信息系统案”、“某游戏公司被破坏计算机信息系统案”、“董某非法入侵计算机信息系统案”等黑客攻击破坏案件。
据深圳警方透露，今年以来，深圳网警部门开展了“安网2016”网络安全专项治理行动，期间共破获黑客攻击破坏案件45起，抓获110人，打掉团伙16个，发现并通报整改各类网络安全漏洞1900余处。
