近日，中央纪委监察部网站发布消息，通报中国53家烟草专卖局（公司）驻京办被清理撤销，其中部分奢靡浪费问题突出：有的高价租用别墅、有的4套房屋只有一套办公，另三套设台球室、麻将室和茶室。
17日，记者赶往部分烟草专卖局（公司）办公旧址了解到，目前，这些房产已在处理当中，涉嫌违规违纪人员已被处理。

2016年2月29日至4月30日，中央第二巡视组对国家烟草专卖局进行了专项巡视。
4月16日这天，国家烟草专卖局党组书记、局长凌成兴率领廉政办负责人，对黑龙江烟草局（公司）驻京办进行突击检查。
中央纪委监察部网站报道，当天，检查人员发现，黑龙江省烟草局（公司）驻京办办公地点位于北京西北二环附近的金融世家小区，不挂牌、无标识，4套住宅合计968平米，带有8个车位，一套用于办公，另外三套内设台球桌、麻将桌、茶室等与工作无关的娱乐设施。
经进一步了解核实发现，2011年12月，黑龙江省烟草局（公司）决定在北京设立办事处并考虑购置办公场所。当时国家烟草专卖局对投资项目管理规定很明确，3000万元以上的固定投资项目由国家局总公司审批。但黑龙江省烟草专卖局（公司）拆分项目、规避审批，于2012年3月、2013年3月，未经国家烟草专卖局审批分两次在北京购置房产，投资共计6000余万元。
国家烟草专卖局党组当即决定撤销该驻京办，严肃追究黑龙江省局时任主要负责人的领导责任。
6月16日，国家烟草局党组召开警示教育大会，对黑龙江省局（公司）等有关问题进行通报。
12月17日，记者赶到金融世家小区发现，这是一幢高档住宅小区，整体成倒立的“E”形，最高楼层为15楼，小区通道需门禁卡方能进入，门口停车场内，各种高档知名品牌轿车不断出入。
小区保安介绍，黑龙江烟草专卖局（公司）办公地点位于该小区的11单元，“具体在10几楼忘记了，反正地方挺大”。
“早就搬走没人了，都锁上了。”他告诉记者，自从夏天反复有人来检查过后不久，就见到该单位人员往外搬办公用品。
附近一家房屋租赁中介工作人员告诉记者，目前，该片区房屋售价每平米10多万元，金融小区内的房屋都是大户型，“没有低于170平米的，一套房得卖2000万元”。

全部撤销53家烟草局驻京办
租用别墅办公被处分
在检查完黑龙江烟草专卖局（公司）的驻京办后，国家烟草专卖局决定，不讲任何条件，坚决清理各地烟草专卖局（公司）驻京办事处，并要求于7月底前完成全部撤销，并明确了撤销的主责部门和完成时限，实行销号管理。
据中央纪委监察部网站消息，截至今年7月31日，53家驻京办已全部撤销。妥善分流安置原有210名工作人员，完成135辆车辆处置工作，清理房产面积38809.26平方米，并要求各单位拟拍卖房产于12月底前一律完成产权交易中心挂牌程序。
除了完成撤销外，国家烟草专卖局一并对违规违纪的行业单位相关责任人进行了处分。
据中央纪委监察部网站消息，国家烟草专卖局局在检查中发现，2012年8月，河北省烟草局（公司）在租赁驻京办办公用房的过程中，租赁了一套别墅，事前只作了简单比价，未充分认真开展市场调研，直接导致价格偏高。
