市民投诉：网络点餐引发腹泻
近来，坊间关于网络点餐引发食品卫生问题的投诉时有所闻。
最近，家住成都苏坡立交桥附近的王女士向记者反映，她在一个月前的一天晚上因和朋友在家附近的楼下打牌，没有时间为三个才几岁的儿女做饭，就通过网络点购了接近九十元的配餐，虽然吃起来味道还是不错，但一朋友当时就在菜里吃到了一根细小的钢丝，大家估计可能是洗碗用的钢丝球脱落的原因，便没在意。可饭后约两小时，吃得较多的老大和老三都出现肚子不舒服、腹泻情况，马上送到附近诊所，医生称有可能是吃了细菌超标的食物所致。

成都网络点餐的源头餐馆卫生条件到底如何呢？记者决定对此进行暗访调查。
从12月初开始，记者便在王女士住家的成都苏坡立交桥附近进行蹲点守候，8日13点10分，一名身着蜂鸟配送服装的男子出现在了成都青羊万达前的路口，正在往高家庄方向行驶，记者便紧跟其后。
随后记者在祥龙农贸市场最里边的废品堆旁边发现了“目标”。在那家小餐馆门口，男子正在往箱子里装货，门口还停放着一辆放置有某品牌箱子的电瓶车。记者注意到，约在半小时内就有三辆电瓶车往外送货。
记者悄悄走进藏在废品堆旁的这家餐馆，看见一中年男子正在炒菜，该餐馆十分简陋，其是利用报废汽修店在做餐饮业务，根本没有相关的“三防”设施，按照规定，不能从事餐饮加工。
11日20点，根据知情人的指引，记者来到了金牛区营和街32号的峰哥烤肉饭冒菜馆。虽然已是晚上，但这里仍有几辆放置有某品牌箱子的电瓶车停放在门口，不时有人在往外送货和有人返回，附件居民告诉记者，这家外卖的生意很火。记者居然发现该店还在烧蜂窝煤，店内很乱，地面也比较脏。

执法出击：无证和不达标餐馆被取缔勒令整改
记者将暗访到的情况如实反映给了成都市食药局。该局高度重视，表示立即安排执法人员前往进行查处。
16日下午，成都市青羊区市场和质量监督管理局执法人员与当地公安及城管近十人一同来到了位于成都三环外祥龙市场内废品堆旁的这家无门牌餐馆进行执法检查。
面对成都市青羊区市场和质量监督管理局执法人员的询问，声称是该店厨师的中年男子肖崇铸称其主要是外卖，通过某网络平台对外进行销售，在网上的名字叫“平安饭店”。开始时他辩称有合法手续，当执法人员叫他出示时，他又称是从另外一个地方搬过来的。
记者看到，这家餐饮店内还有多盒正待外送的成品，一些堆放的蔬菜已经发黄且开始变质，地面和墙壁均未粘贴瓷砖，更没有任何三防设施，十分脏乱。
执法人员告诉记者，经调查，该店提供不出卫生许可证和健康证等手续，其根本没有防鼠、防蝇、防尘、设施，且不应在废品堆旁，应远离污染源。随后执法人员依法对该餐饮店进行了查封。
无证餐馆餐馆的没有健康证的厨师正在接受执法人员的调查。
执法人员表示，待该店负责人前往完善相关核查手续后将依法对其进行取缔。
半小时后，记者与成都市金牛区市场和质量监督管理局执法人员一同来到了位于金牛区营和街32号的峰哥烤肉饭冒菜馆。该店法人向执法人员坦承，其主要是通过某网络平台进行外卖。
经执法人员检查，峰哥烤肉饭冒菜馆虽办理了相关卫生手续，但店内几名工作人员，仅有两人提供出了健康证，且店内的地面卫生等均不符合要求。
执法人员当即勒令对峰哥烤肉饭冒菜馆法人立即停业整改，待验收合格后方可营业。
执法人员提醒广大市民，网络点餐虽给广大市民带来了便利，但大家今后在点餐时，一定要核对点餐餐馆的合法手续，不要因点到无证餐馆或不符合卫生餐馆提供的不安全食品而危害身体健康。
