湖南近百名公职人员涉嫌吸毒

今年湖南各地通报“毒吏”人数

　　近日，湖南多地再曝公职人员涉毒案件，类似由湖南各地纪委通报的案件频现媒体。新京报记者根据公开通报统计，今年以来，湖南省部分市、县纪委通报的涉毒公职人员至少有92人。

　　记者梳理发现，湖南涉毒公职人员中有市、县级机关的党员干部，也有镇政府工作人员、村党支部书记。从通报情况看，湖南公职人员涉毒案件，多现“聚众吸毒”、“伙同他人吸毒”等情况，一检察院检察官还进入专供吸毒取乐的“嗨吧”吸食毒品。除吸毒外，一些公职人员还存在贩卖、种植毒品的现象，邵阳武冈某村支部书记还在自留地非法种植罂粟。

　　近年来，湖南因曝光市长、检察长这样的级别较高的“毒吏”而引发关注。

　　2015年4月，时任湖南临湘市长龚卫国因涉嫌吸毒被调查，当年8月，临湘市检察院前检察长刘群林也因涉嫌吸毒被查，据媒体报道，约有22人卷入龚卫国吸毒案，其中有不少公务人员。

　　在各地纪委的通报中，“伙同他人”、“与他人一同吸毒”或“容留他人吸毒”成为热词。今年6月，长沙、常德通报的4起干部吸毒案件中，就有3起涉及“伙同他人吸毒”，而另一起案件——长沙市教育后勤产业管理处主任马金旭（副县级）吸毒案的通报中则显示，马金旭2次都是“受邀吸毒”。个人吸毒被查获的案件也有，如湘乡市市场和质量监督管理局张景，于2016年4月18日在某歌厅地下停车场自己车内吸食K粉时被公安局禁毒大队查获。

　　此外，还有一些“毒吏”涉及贩毒、种植毒品。

　　今年，湖南汉寿县城管局工作人员刘峰、宁远县太平镇国土资源所职工龙刚、宁乡县公路局公路养护服务中心职工文斌等人的案件通报中均被指“贩毒”。

　　今年12月14日，据武冈市纪委通报，迎春亭街道办事处玄羊村原党支部书记陶少章在武冈市原头堂乡玄羊村2组自家的自留地里非法种植罂粟957株，其被武冈市公安局抓获归案并刑事拘留；迎春亭街道党工委给予陶少章留党察看一年处分。

　　从湖南省通报的这些涉毒公职人员被查获的情况看，他们吸食的毒品包括“麻古”、“冰毒”、“K粉”等。湖南省衡阳县公安局禁毒大队负责人曾公开透露，从公安机关目前掌握的情况看，该县被查出的涉毒党员干部、国家公职人员主要也是吸食新型毒品，如冰毒等。

　　湖南省公安禁毒干警透露，该省的新型毒品主要来源地为广东省，而传统毒品则主要来自云南省。
