宁夏回族自治区吴忠市市委干部张兴斌受贿近千万，被判刑11年

　　新华社银川12月18日电（记者张亮）宁夏回族自治区固原市中级人民法院日前对吴忠市委原常委张兴斌受贿案作出一审公开宣判，张兴斌受贿985万余元被判处有期徒刑11年6个月。

　　法院审理查明，被告人张兴斌身为国家工作人员，以非法占有为目的，利用担任中宁县县长、县委书记和吴忠市委常委、同心县县委书记的职务便利，接受他人请托，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人贿赂款人民币669万元，欧元1万元，美元1万元，并向他人索贿人民币300万元，折合人民币共计985万余元。

　　法庭认为，张兴斌受贿数额特别巨大，其行为已构成受贿罪，且对于索贿应从重处罚。判处张兴斌有期徒刑11年6个月，并处罚金人民币100万元；对807万元涉案赃款予以没收，继续追缴剩余涉案赃款。
