12月19日上午，陕西省榆林市纪委监察局官方网站发布消息称，近日，榆林市纪委对府谷县国土资源局原副局长张少军严重违纪问题进行了立案审查。
经查，张少军违反廉洁纪律，入股企业从事营利活动；利用职务之便为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，涉嫌受贿犯罪。市纪委、市监察局决定给予张少军开除党籍、开除公职处分；收缴其违纪所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题、线索及所涉款物移送司法机关依法处理。

王慧莹还列出张少军家人名下多达9处房产(府谷县4套，榆林市1套，西安市4套)，总价上千万元。其中包括房产的实景照片，房屋所在城市、街道位置、小区名称、门牌号码等。
11月29日，“北京时间”从榆林市检方相关人士处获悉，该案已交由子洲县检察院侦查办理，嫌疑人张少军被刑拘，目前已进入批捕程序。
