　　12月17日上午11点半左右，四川广安发生一起生产安全事故。官盛大桥项目的顶层施工平台槽钢坠落，将下方平台作业人员砸伤，经医护人员抢救无效死亡。

　　据广安市经开区安监分局工作人员介绍，死者系重庆巫山籍夏某，1967年出生。当天上午，包括夏某在内的三名工人，在距地面114米的平台上施工。事故发生时，夏某到距地面110米的平台拿工具，被上层平台掉落的槽钢砸伤，送医抢救无效后死亡。

　　事故发生后，广安经开区规建局、安监分局、公安分局负责人迅速赶赴现场，进行事故救援。目前，事故调查工作正在进行中。
