　　12月18日中午，一男子在镇巴县人民医院坠楼，后经证实，坠楼者为现镇巴县三元镇镇长康某。后经抢救，最终伤重不治。

　　2016年12月18日11时28分，镇巴县公安局接到群众报警称：一名男子在镇巴县人民医院坠楼。11时23分，一名男子在镇巴县人民医院坠楼，被目击者发现后立即被送入抢救室进行抢救。县委、县政府主要领导及分管领导立即指示成立事故调查处置工作机构，县医院全力进行抢救，公安机关立即展开调查。

　　经查，该男子系镇巴县三元镇镇长康某，现年42岁。因康某伤势过重，经抢救无效死亡。

　　据悉，三元镇镇长康某是今年6月刚刚就任镇长职务，主持镇政府全盘工作。分管财政、项目、统计工作；联系财政所、统计工作站、信用社；联系刘家沟村等。

　　目前，县公安局正在对坠楼原因进行深入调查，相关善后工作正在有序进行。
