　　经核查，该装置为美方无人潜航器。中方决定通过适当方式移交美方。中方与美方一直就此保持沟通。在此过程中，美方单方面公开炒作是不恰当的，不利于问题的顺利解决。我们对此表示遗憾。

　　需要强调的是，长期以来，美军频繁派出舰机在中国当面海域进行抵近侦察和军事测量。中方对此坚决反对，要求美方停止此类活动。中方将继续对美方有关活动保持警惕，并采取必要措施加以应对。
