后孙某不服一审判决，提出上诉，其辩护人认为，原审法院量刑过重，孙某有立功表现。孙某到案后曾试图检举揭发他人，但经核实，属于侦查机关此前已掌握的线索和其如实供述的内容，不符合立功情节。三中院据此驳回上诉、维持原判。
