近日，海南省第一中级人民法院公开开庭对琼海市原市委副书记、政法委原书记陈列雄受贿案进行了宣判。
法院以受贿罪判处陈列雄有期徒刑11年，并处罚金人民币100万元。陈列雄表示服从判决，不上诉。
经法院审理查明，2002年至2012年，陈列雄在担任琼海市嘉积镇党委书记，琼海市委常委、琼海市人民政府副市长，琼海市委副书记、政法委书记等职务期间，共计收受贿赂人民币769万元、港币80万元。
而在3个月前的9月9日受审时，检察机关指控，陈列雄身为国家工作人员，在中标工程项目、变更土地用途、提拔任用干部等方面为他人谋取利益，收受财物849万元人民币及80万元港币。
