　　钱仁凤：重新搭起的人生

　　2002年，来自云南山区的17岁女孩钱仁凤为了走出山村，改变生活，大年初六就离开了家，来到了巧家县城的一家幼儿园打工。在当时的她心中，最迫切的渴望就是“走出大山，摆脱贫穷”，到县城打工，是她实现梦想的第一步。

　　然而，她没想到，这一走就是13年，她的生活确实被彻底改变了，但这种改变却是她始料未及的。当年，她打工的幼儿园发生了一起投毒案，而与园长发生过冲突的她被认定为第一嫌疑人，在刑讯逼供之下，她被迫认下了这项罪名，由此开始了长达十三年的牢狱生涯。直到2015年12月，她才最终等来无罪判决，并获得了172万余元的国家赔偿。

　　2010年，曾经被指控杀害了“失踪”同村村民的赵作海，因为所谓“受害人”的现身归来，得到了平反昭雪，终于得以离开剥夺了他11年自由的监牢。对他来说，这个结果是他期待已久的，他已经接近花甲之年，没有多少时间可以再浪费了，拿着65万元国家赔偿，赵作海决心让自己的生活重回正轨。

　　不幸的是，赵作海第一次投资，就踏入了一个骗子精心设计的陷阱，而他身边，也没有一个人有足够的知识和经验，阻止他踏入陷阱。2011年，他一共投入了20多万元在几个“资本运作项目”上，然而却几乎血本无归，面对这样的结果，他痛苦地感慨：“20多万，我这一辈子才能赚多少钱？”

　　相比钱仁凤的朝气十足，或是赵作海的困顿不幸，更多的冤案平反当事人最大的愿望，可能就是让生活回归平静。对他们来说，冤狱经历给他们留下了太多创伤，而他们能够有幸重见天日，就已经感到十分满足。
