江苏高院12月21日消息，2016年12月21日，江苏省苏州市中级人民法院公开宣判山西焦煤集团原董事长白培中受贿、行贿案，对被告人白培中以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十三年，并处罚金人民币三百万元；以行贿罪判处有期徒刑一年，决定执行有期徒刑十三年六个月，并处罚金人民币三百万元；对白培中受贿犯罪所得财物及其孳息予以追缴，上缴国库。
经审理查明，2001年至2011年，被告人白培中利用担任霍州煤电集团总经理、董事长、山西焦煤集团董事长、党委书记等的职务便利，为他人在煤炭供应、职务晋升、工作岗位调整等事项上谋取利益，收受杨振兴、胡建伟等人给予的财物，共计折合人民3513.508503万元。2011年11月13日，被告人白培中家被抢劫，为避免因家庭财产与收入不符而暴露经济问题，白培中请托时任太原市公安局副局长的戴来伟提供帮助，谋求降低被劫财物数额，通过胡建伟等人给予戴来伟人民币20万元。
苏州市中级人民法院认为，被告人白培中的行为构成受贿罪、行贿罪。鉴于白培中到案后，主动交待办案机关尚未掌握的主要受贿犯罪事实，真诚悔罪、积极退赃，依法对其受贿罪从轻处罚；白培中在被追诉前主动交待行贿行为，依法对其行贿罪从轻处罚。
法庭遂作出上述判决。

据新华社报道，在2011年轰动中国的山西焦煤集团有限责任公司董事长白培中家遭抢劫案中，其妻报案称被抢财物300万元，随后还有人称白培中家被劫近5000万元。而最终法院确定被抢劫财物价值为1078万元。有关方面查明，白培中家被盗财产中有84万余元财物涉及违纪，白也受到留党察看一年处分。
