　　2006年11月，时任无锡市委书记的杨卫泽，升任江苏省委常委。同月，江苏省委原常委、原秘书长赵少麟退休。两人仕途履历没有明显交集。不过，有媒体报道，杨卫泽于2011年担任南京市委书记后，赵少麟的儿子赵晋的地产公司向南京进军，在南京接连拿地。

　　而日前杨卫泽被判12年半。经审理查明：2005年至2014年，被告人杨卫泽先后利用担任中共无锡市委书记、江苏省委常委、南京市委书记等职务上的便利，为相关单位和个人在房地产开发、公司经营、职务提拔等事项上提供帮助，直接或者通过其妻非法收受相关人员给予的财物共计折合人民币1643.4643万元。

　　江西省人大副主任陈安众则与房地产商勾结，共计受贿810万元。起诉书共指控了陈安众25起受贿事实，数额最多的一起来自于珠海经济特区三桥集团有限公司。

　　根据检方指控显示，1996年下半年至2013年11月，陈安众非法收受珠海经济特区三桥集团有限公司董事茹新桥、江西金銮房地产开发有限公司法定代表人程长仁等29人给予的财物共计折合人民币810万余元。
