近年来，面对“互联网+”迅速发展的新形势，广州网警主动适应网络空间治理需要，积极与互联网企业合作，借助企业资源优势，严厉打击网络违法犯罪活动。2016年，在广东省公安厅统一部署下，广州网警组织开展“安网2016”系列专案打击行动，并在腾讯公司有力支持下，着力打击网上黑灰产业链，破获了腾讯守护者2016年度十大案件之一的“果然*”微信外挂案以及“利用微信公众号传播淫秽视频案”、“利用微信红包开设赌场案”、“微信公众号被盗窃案”、“非法控制微信推送营销信息案”等5宗有影响力的刑事案件，共抓获涉案嫌疑人63名，依法刑事拘留25人，行政处罚38人,查获电脑主机、平板电脑、手机、银行卡等涉案工具一批。
“果然*”微信外挂仅两月涉案金额3000多万
2015年10月，网上APP市场出现一款名叫“果然*”的微信外挂软件，具有无限制关联微信好友、提醒查看信息等功能，网络热度很高。与此同时，广州网警也接到不少群众举报，称该软件在朋友圈推送大量垃圾广告信息，不断提醒用户查看，以致手机反复重启或死机，严重影响群众正常生活和通讯；另外该软件修改了微信系统的应用程序，涉嫌破坏腾讯公司计算机信息系统。
接报后，广州网警联合海珠警方开展侦查，发现该外挂软件是微信朋友圈营销利器，需交费授权才能使用。经进一步侦查，警方很快锁定了刘某等3名嫌疑人，并于12月开展收网行动，先后在湖南娄底和广州市白云区抓获软件开发者刘某、经营者张某、营销者赖某，现场查获涉案电脑主机、平板电脑、手机、硬盘、银行卡等涉案物品一批。经审查，该外挂软件用户量达18.8万，仅短短两个月涉案金额就高达3000多万元。
“互联网+淫秽视频”社会危害广泛巨大

微信公众号被“钓鱼”不法分子推送营销信息牟利
2016年3月，腾讯公司微信团队举报，称部分用户投诉其使用的微信公众账号被盗用，盗用者在微信公众号上推送营销信息涉嫌诈骗。接报后，广州网警经缜密侦查，迅速锁定嫌疑人林某春、林某凯，并于4月22日在佛山将这两人抓获。经审查，嫌疑人林某春、林某凯制作了假冒微信客服的钓鱼网站，再通过真实的微信客服网站对部分微信公众号发起恶意投诉，并向公众号运营者发出钓鱼网站诱导链接，从而窃取微信公众号的账号密码，最后通过向订阅用户群发送营销广告来非法牟利。经统计，嫌疑人共窃取近千个微信公众号的账号和密码。
手机越狱遭“植马”非法“控制”推广告
2016年9月，有多名市民向广州警方举报，在越狱苹果手机中发现木马程序。接此举报后，广州网警立即进行分析,发现该木马程序可以控制、劫持手机上的腾讯微信客户端，并推送发布非微信官方的广告至微信朋友圈；在腾讯公司微信安全团队的大力支持下，警方还发现腾讯公司旗下的QQ音乐、天天快报、全民K歌等APP产品也被该木马程序强行控制劫持、推送广告。
在固定相关证据后，广州网警与海珠警方于11月23日在深圳市开展联合收网行动，打掉了一个通过非法劫持60多款APP，强行推送广告进行非法牟利的团伙，抓获嫌疑人8名，现场扣押电脑主机、平板电脑、手机等涉案物品一批。经审查，该团伙利用为客户苹果手机刷越狱系统的机会，向系统植入木马程序。仅短短一年时间，该团伙通过在手机系统中植入木马的方式，推送广告非法获利近百万元人民币。
作案手法隐秘移动终端参赌
2016年11月，广州网警接到举报，称有人在微信群“××不夜城”、“××福利群”里赌博。接举报后，广州网警联合黄埔警方，在腾讯公司的协助下展开侦查，摸清了一个通过微信群开设赌场的团伙，该团伙以微信红包的大小为“点数”，赌博方式有“微信百家乐”、“微信福彩”、“猜好红包大小”、“红包接龙”和“微信斗牛”等等。
12月5日，警方开展收网行动，分别在黄埔区和增城区抓获开设赌场团伙成员11人。该案涉案金额多达100多万元人民币，参赌人数多达400多人，参赌人员流动性大，并可以在移动终端进行参赌，手法具有便捷性与隐蔽性，社会危害和影响较大。
自我防护的招数
针对上述案例，广州网警传授广大网民加强网络安全自我防护的招数：
1.要在正规的APP平台下载、安装正版软件，尽量避免个人信息遭受窃取或遭恶意软件骚扰。
2.在网上发现有疑似违法犯罪活动情形的，要及时保存网上相关证据，并向相关网站、平台及公安机关举报。
3.不要轻易点击或扫描网上来历不明的链接和二维码；对于需要输入账号、密码的网站要谨慎对待，多留“心眼”，避免成为“钓鱼网站”的“战利品”。
4.手机越狱要特别谨慎，要找正规、可靠的渠道，防止手机被“植马”、劫持或被恶意加装广告推广软件骚扰，避免手机通讯录等公民个人信息被窃取。
