　　12月26日，针对北京东直门南大街的保利俱乐部因涉及卖淫嫖娼违法犯罪活动被查处一事，保利集团在微信公众号发布声明称，中国保利集团公司是驰名商标“保利”的商标持有人，北京保合利佳文化俱乐部有限公司盗用此驰名商标以“保利俱乐部”名义向社会公众进行服务宣传与推介，其行为已经构成对驰名商标专用权的侵犯。

　　12月25日上午，北京警方通报称，据群众举报，经缜密侦查，12月23日晚，北京警方依法对涉嫌存在卖淫嫖娼违法犯罪活动的多个场所进行查处，从现场位于东城区东直门南大街的保利俱乐部、海淀区板井路的蓝黛俱乐部、海淀区大钟寺东路的丽海名媛俱乐部查获涉案嫌疑人数百名。
