今年2月，一段女主播在网络直播中挑逗未成年人的视频，在互联网上被大量转发。

互联网安全志愿者联盟成员 李若冰：这样的事件每天在互联网上发生大大小小都有很多，其实我们是比较痛心的。我们需要加快步伐，进一步完善我们的工作。
发现并清除网络上的黄毒，这是李若冰和他的“互联网安全志愿者联盟”的目标之一。最初，他们的做法是在普通图片里寻找色情图片，但很快就发现，仅仅一个大型电商平台每天就有10亿量级的商品图片供浏览，面对互联网的海量信息，单纯靠人工搜索，不但费时费力，而且效果也不理想。
互联网安全志愿者联盟成员 李若冰：我们希望在有黄色信息被发布时，能够第一时间识别且拦截，而不是在它传播一定量以后，发现它、进行删除。所以我们需要数据算法的模型来攻克这一难题。
经过多年积累，联盟拥有了海量的图库，模型可以通过以图比图的方式进行智能抓取，然而，由于对色情的鉴定标准并不是非黑即白，因此在“黄色”还是“非黄色”的判断上，机器还是会犯错。这时候就需要鉴黄师的介入。
2013年，联盟找到中国残联。培养一支稳定的安全领域专业志愿者团队，同时给残疾人提供一个自我实现的平台，两个组织一拍即合。
34岁的赵凯，是这个特殊团队中的特殊一员。由于出生时患有先天性小儿脑瘫，赵凯至今行动不便，也留下了严重的语言表达障碍。我们和赵凯商量，让他主要用打字的方式来接受采访。
记者：你有没有大概算过，你一共鉴定过多少张图片？

为了训练机器算法逐渐拥有人的思维模式，从而提高甄别图片的精准度，联盟的鉴黄师志愿者连续三年多做着同一件事情，就是对图片进行审核分类，用他们的行话说叫“打标”。
互联网安全志愿者联盟鉴黄师 赵凯：最难的在于低俗和性感吧，相差就在于一线之间。过了这个界，它就是低俗；不过这个界，就是性感。只能靠长期的大量的工作实践来累积经验。
赵凯的团队现在每天每人要审核图片5000张左右，一个熟练的鉴黄师也得5个小时才能完成。志愿工作不能作为收入来源，他们中的绝大多数人白天还要上班，晚上才能鉴黄，午夜收工是常有的事。
互联网安全志愿者联盟鉴黄师 赵凯：我们做满5个小时以后，基本再没有任何的私人时间和空间去做自己的事情，而且我们是全年无休。长时间坐在电脑面前，会比较累，包括眼睛，包括腰、腿都非常不舒服。
鉴黄师的压力主要是精神上的，每天面对满屏的黄图，赵凯也适应了很久。明明是在做好事却要跟做贼一样躲躲藏藏，这让赵凯十分憋屈。
互联网安全志愿者联盟鉴黄师 赵凯：一开始肯定会有不习惯吧，打开系统看见那么多色情图片，脑子里第一反应就是去关门。现在我尽量把工作时间放到深夜，尴尬倒是避免了，可随之而来的是压抑。其实每天审核那么多图片，我已经没有任何心思在内容上了，脑子里纯粹是机械化地按标准选择答案。
参与鉴黄工作的第二年，由于业务能力突出，联盟决定让赵凯来带整支鉴黄师的团队。而就在这个时候，赵凯的妻子怀孕了。
赵凯妻子：看到这么多那种图片，特别是作为一个女人，很反感很反感。怀宝宝的时候，我要上班，他10-12小时这样做，也争吵。主要还是他父母对我们的照顾，没有他父母的话，我们也熬不过来。

对于残疾人而言，养儿育女的过程比常人更加艰辛，也正因为如此，赵凯和妻子比任何人更渴望孩子能健康成长。最终，这份工作的意义和赵凯认真负责的劲头打动了妻子。而家人的理解更给了赵凯坚持下去的信心。
互联网安全志愿者联盟鉴黄师 赵凯：我非常爱我的女儿，作为父亲，我有责任和义务去保护她。每次审图累了，我都会去看看她，让自己更有动力为她去营造一个干净的网络环境。任何困难和下一代的健康成长比起来，都微不足道了。
鉴黄师团队里的很多志愿者也都为人父母，他们和赵凯有着相同的想法。但鉴黄工作不仅辛苦，而且枯燥，对于残疾人来说更为不易。三年当中，不少人动摇过，但最终，大多数人还是坚持了下来。上肢残疾的郑春霞就是其中之一。
互联网安全志愿者联盟鉴黄师 郑春霞：每天晚上我基本都会做到深夜，有时候我几乎坚持不下去了，是赵凯鼓励我。我们团队里还有比我更加付出的，我记得有一个同学，两个手掌没有的，他是用手臂敲键盘，他也在坚持这份工作，我没有理由放弃。

如今，联盟300多名鉴黄师志愿者已经累计审核模型图片两亿五千多张。在他们的努力下，模型算法的精准率提高超过20%，目前已在多个互联网平台投入使用，成为阻击网络色情的一道屏障。
而对赵凯来说，这意味着凭借自己的努力，让女儿和千千万万的孩子将来放心上网的梦想，越来越近了。
