据康先生介绍，平安证券总部客服之后致电自己承诺会全资垫付损失，后期却又用一纸《协议书》来了结此事，而按照协议自己拿不到相应损失赔偿，多次与平安证券协商亦无果。目前，康先生已经到公安机关进行报案。记者看到《协议书》中，平安证券总部提出了两条方案，其一是甲方按乙方账户发生异常当日资产垫付相应的资金；其二是甲方按协议签署当日开盘价垫付乙方账户中损失的相应股票份额的资金。若按第一条方案处理，平安证券赔付远低于自己的损失；按第二条方案处理，则因为自己账户被冻结，剩余资金安全，所以平安证券不用赔偿。

对此，记者采访平安证券北京东花市营业部，营业部工作人员表示《协议书》是平安证券总部出的，他们只负责传达，且营业部领导也提出在康先生签订《协议书》的基础上对其进行5000元补偿的建议，但是都被康先生拒绝了。平安证券总部表示，此事已提交相应业务部门处理，结果需等待。
