2016年1月7日和8日，驻甘肃省武威市的《兰州晨报》记者张永生、《兰州晚报》记者雒某某（女）、《西部商报》记者张某某等三名记者先后失联。25日，武威市凉州区检察院依法决定，三名记者涉嫌敲诈勒索罪，张永生被执行逮捕，雒某某、张某某被取保候审。

一年过后，上游新闻-重庆晨报记者通过多个信源证实，曾充满新闻理想仗义执言的张永生，获释后深居简出，严重缺乏安全感，甚至走在路上不时回头注意身后是否有异常情况。
省级媒体上的武威新闻基本空白
上游新闻-重庆晨报记者在甘肃武威发现，尽管三名记者被抓事件已过去近一年整，虽然官方和媒体关系从表面上已经过去，但实际上关系依旧紧张。
上游新闻-重庆晨报记者搜寻在兰州市发行的多家主流媒体以及所办的官方网站，发现《兰州晨报》、《兰州晚报》以及《西部商报》，关于武威的新闻几乎绝迹。
当地媒体人士透露，自从三名记者被抓事件后，在武威发生的时政和社会新闻再也没有出现在《兰州晨报》上，另两家媒体也只是偶尔报道武威一些零碎的文化新闻。
三名当事记者中，除了张永生已在内部转岗外，另外两家报社的当事记者也基本不采访武威新闻，调动岗位采访张掖市和金昌市。
私下封口协议，答应“四个不”
“尽管人出来了，但要露面还是很难。”接近张永生的人士告诉上游新闻-重庆晨报记者，因全家老小还在武威，张永生从看守所出来以后，这一年几乎没有在媒体上露面，也不敢接受任何采访。
该人士说，张永生当时出来时，还和相关方达成了一个私下封口协议，答应不翻供，不串供，不接受任何媒体的采访，不发表任何言论，目的是让这起甘肃武威抓记者事件影响逐渐消除，直至被人淡忘。
张永生获释后，当地官方曾经公开承诺要进行国家行政赔偿，并追究执法过错责任，但时至今日已近一年，凉州区、武威市、甘肃省三级官方，没有通报给公众一个处理结果。

遭受打击后，大胆敢言的记者变了
今年2月6日，张永生从看守所被释放回家，4天过后，张永生在家度过了自己42岁的生日。
虽然他的媒体从业时间超过20年，算是见过大风大浪的老记者，但被捕事件依然对其构成了重大打击。
据上游新闻-重庆晨报此前报道，张永生在被关押期间，遭遇了警方的疲劳审讯。虽然他名义上以嫖娼被行政拘留了，理应收押到凉州区拘留所，但却迟迟没有送去拘留所，一直在刑警队的审讯室里。
警方在开始审讯时根本就没提到“嫖娼”的事，而是直接问他，你这两年犯了什么罪，自己交代？你当记者这些年，敲诈了哪些单位、敲诈了哪些东西？
知情人士介绍， 在被行政拘留5天后的1月14日上午10点，张永生被转入凉州区公安局看守所羁押。张永生在看守所前三天是住在“大号子”，此后被转到约10人住的“小号子”。
在看守所里，张永生遭遇了特殊待遇，为此严重缺乏睡眠。此外，张永生还被羞辱。
张永生也曾被疲劳提审。
2月6日，张永生被取保候审后，身边的朋友发现张永生整个被改变了，人变得恍惚，脸部浮肿，沉默寡言，似乎精神遭遇重大打击。以前那个意气风发、大胆敢言的记者张永生不见了。
接近张永生的人士转述说，张永生后来承认的敲诈的事实际上全都是被强加的。那些所谓的敲诈对象，都是政府单位，“是往些年政府的人给张永生送的礼，从2009年算起，一共才5000元。”
受惊吓缺安全感，曾被劝离开媒体行业
知情人士向上游新闻-重庆晨报记者透露，被抓事件对张永生的打击最大的就是让他失去了安全感，给家人造成了过度惊吓。
1974年出生的张永生是武威当地人，父母至今居住在乡下，两个弟弟在武威城里打工，家境都很一般。家里文凭最高的就是张永生，上过大学，在城里买了房，也是家里的骄傲。
当年张永生考上西北民族大学化学系后，喜欢写作，在校期间就不时有豆腐块在报纸上发表。
大学毕业后，张永生先到一化工企业上了两年班，但觉得还是喜欢新闻，喜欢仗义执言，秉笔直书，毅然辞职进入媒体。
2000年，张永生进入甘肃影响力最大的都市报《兰州晨报》，担任驻武威和金昌市的记者，一直工作至今，从业超过20年，写了大量的舆论监督的稿件，从而得罪了当地政府，多次受到当地官员的侧面警告。
虽然被抓事件过去近一年，42岁的张永生依然严重缺乏安全感，平时都深居简出，烟瘾变得比以前大，每天经常闷在家抽一包烟；很少出门应酬，基本不去热闹的场所，走在路上会不时回头注意身后是否有人，和熟人谈话时会主动关闭手机。
对于张永生的家人，更是惊吓过度。张永生的孩子在上学，妻子在则在一家单位上班，张永生被抓后，家人都非常紧张害怕，担心张永生再被抓走。
事发后，父母也曾经劝说过张永生，为了安全让他改行，离开新闻行业。但因种种原因，张永生至今还在兰州晨报，只是不当记者了。
调整工作岗位，闲暇时成家庭“煮夫”
张永生获释后，其所在单位接到主管部门通知，明确不准对张永生进行内部处罚，对其暂放长假。
从2月6日取保候审之后，张永生回家放了一个多月的长假。长假结束后，张永生根据安排，转成了其他岗位，“只是不再在外面奔波采访了”。
由于兰州距离武威有200多公里，张永生常两地奔波，日常吃住在单位，基本不外出和应酬。工作时差上的颠倒，张永生大部分的白天在睡觉中度过，这倒暗合了他暂时逃离现实的内心需要。
休息期间，对于张永生来说就是回报家庭的时候。之前由于工作忙，为了采访到处跑，张永生很少在家给家人做上一顿饭。
现在不上班的时候，他每天在家当家庭“煮夫”，早上起床给家人做好早餐，此后开始了一天的忙碌——几乎是在家务事中度过。
张永生呆在家里时，偶尔也看看书，上上网，但从不在网上发表评论。他担心评论一个事件会给自己带来不必要的麻烦。
和在兰州一样，他基本很少外出吃饭，除了和身边最了解的几个亲友保持来往，其他的社会和政府方面的朋友基本断了交往，特别是一些采访当事人，也基本不敢再联系。“除了担心他自己的安全，也担心给别人带来不安全。”
知情人士透露，之前的张永生在武威扎根多年，很有正义感，也有新闻理想，经常帮扶弱势群体伸冤。他经常对身边朋友说：“之所以不怕得罪人和官方，坚持报道，主要是不希望自己昧良心，毕竟我也出生在农民家庭。”
张永生之前就报道过不少冤案，比如就曾经报道武威当地一桩离奇的冤案：20多年前，武威当地一公安干警丢枪，随后当地信用社主任被枪杀，结果一对普通母子被当成了嫌疑人，儿子一夜之间成了盗枪杀人犯，差点人头落地。母亲也被定为“窝赃犯”身陷囫囵，母子二人开始了漫长的牢狱生涯。
最后历经15年坎坷风雨， 当事母子冤情获得平反，获国家赔偿二十五万。知情人士透露，张永生连续报道此案后，还经常和当事的母子保持来往。
据透露，到现在，张永生的手机还会接到武威当地群众的爆料和求助电话，以前的他会热情的倾听记录并询问，有时还会迅速赶到现场采访，现在他都会给对方提供报社热线电话，让他们给报社直接爆料。
接近张永生的人士告诉上游新闻-重庆晨报记者（中国爆料热线：M17702387875@163。 com），对于曾经的理想，张永生现在已经不敢奢望，“先要保证自己和家人的安全再说”。
据介绍，为此，张永生一度萌生将武威的房子卖掉，举家搬到兰州去的念头。但兰州的房价几乎是武威的三倍，卖房后再买房中间差距相当大，他目前没有足够的财力来搬家，他暂时只能忍耐和等待，但需要等待多久，他并不知道。
