江苏省委原秘书长赵少麟案：行贿444余万

江苏省委原常委、秘书长赵少麟受审。 

　　2016年12月27日，浙江省宁波市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了江苏省委原常委、秘书长赵少麟单位行贿、骗购外汇一案。宁波市人民检察院派员出庭支持公诉，被告人赵少麟及其辩护人到庭参加诉讼。

　　浙江省宁波市人民检察院起诉指控：2007年至2014年，被告人赵少麟伙同其子赵晋，为赵晋实际控制的山东诚基房地产开发有限公司等单位在山东省济南市经营房地产项目谋取不正当利益，多次给予时任山东省委常委、秘书长、济南市委书记王敏财物，共计折合人民币444.895万元。

　　2003年至2014年，被告人赵少麟帮助其子赵晋，通过伪造对外贸易合同、虚构向境外支付费用等手段，骗取有关机关审批文件，在国内多家银行购买外汇，并汇往境外，共计美元4170余万元。

　　庭审中，公诉机关出示了相关证据，赵少麟及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，赵少麟还进行了最后陈述，并当庭表示认罪悔罪。

　　人大代表、政协委员、新闻记者及各界群众60余人旁听了庭审。
