新华社沈阳12月27日电 27日，辽宁省铁岭市中级人民法院公开宣判中国铝业公司原总经理孙兆学受贿、巨额财产来源不明案，对被告人孙兆学以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十五年，并处没收个人财产人民币三百五十万元，以巨额财产来源不明罪，判处有期徒刑五年，决定执行有期徒刑十六年，并处没收个人财产人民币三百五十万元；对孙兆学受贿所得财物和来源不明财产及其孳息予以追缴，上缴国库。
经审理查明：2003年至2013年，被告人孙兆学利用其担任中国铝业股份有限公司山西分公司总经理、中国黄金集团公司总经理、中金黄金股份有限公司董事长职务上的便利，为他人在工程承揽、职务提拔等事项上提供帮助。2005年至2014年，孙兆学直接或者通过其妻子非法收受他人财物，共计折合人民币3881.5844万元。截至案发前，孙兆学家庭财产、支出明显超过合法收入，其对共计折合人民币968.631268万元的财产不能说明来源。
铁岭市中级人民法院认为，被告人孙兆学的行为构成受贿罪、巨额财产来源不明罪，应依法数罪并罚。鉴于孙兆学到案后，如实供述自己罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的大部分受贿犯罪事实；认罪悔罪，积极退赃，赃款赃物已全部追缴，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，依法可以从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。（完）
