南方日报讯 （记者/洪奕宜 通讯员/黄康灵 雷固）近日，在中国公安部的指挥协调下，广东省公安厅统一组织深圳、珠海、佛山、东莞、茂名等21市公安机关同步开展打击网络贩枪专案集中收网行动，成功打掉6个跨境走私枪弹犯罪团伙以及多个特大制贩枪支弹药窝点，抓获犯罪嫌疑人200余名，缴获各类枪支220余支（其中火药动力枪20余支），各类子弹1.5万余发（其中制式子弹260余发、仿制式子弹460余发），制造枪弹工具和原材料一大批。
各地公安机关联手行动
今年8月，深圳市公安机关在侦办案件时发现，犯罪嫌疑人黄某等人涉嫌非法走私、买卖、运输枪支弹药。在同一时间，佛山、珠海、东莞等地公安机关也相继发现多条制贩枪弹的相关线索，茂名市公安机关侦办的一起非法制贩枪支弹药案，涉及多支仿制式枪支和多发仿制式子弹，严重威胁人民群众生命财产安全，给社会带来严重安全隐患。

物流业要加强行业监管
专案组透露，当前个别法律意识淡薄的枪支爱好者出于狩猎、娱乐或收藏等各种目的，通过网络购买枪支弹药，客观上形成了非法枪支弹药的市场需求。同时，制贩枪弹犯罪团伙利用网络活动成本低、传播快、范围广及互动性、隐蔽性高等特点，逐渐从传统的“单线联系，整枪整卖”演变为“中间商联系、多源头供货、款物分离、买家组装”的枪支零部件拆分生产销售形式。犯罪团伙利用各种款式的气枪制作、改装的原理简单的特点，公然在互联网网店明目张胆地成套销售零部件，形成了一条灰色产业链。而跨境走私枪弹与网络贩枪交叉，犯罪集团化特点凸显。
