三天后的12月26日，保利集团通过微信公众号发布声明，称中国保利集团公司是驰名商标“保利”的商标持有人，北京保合利佳文化俱乐部有限公司盗用此驰名商标以“保利俱乐部”名义向社会公众进行服务宣传与推介，其行为已经构成对驰名商标专用权的侵犯。
保利集团发布的这一声明，让经营保利俱乐部的北京保合利佳文化俱乐部有限公司（简称保合利佳公司）浮出水面，其背景引发坊间诸多猜测。
记者梳理股权关系发现，保合利佳公司现有两股东。其中作为企业法人的北京湛泸投资管理有限公司（简称湛泸公司），持有保合利佳公司80%股份，此外还有一名叫赵诗敏的自然人股东。而在湛泸公司投资占股达到99.9%的李学锋，被怀疑是保合利佳公司和保利俱乐部的实际控制人。

保利俱乐部背后两股东
湛泸公司接手保利俱乐部，是在去年年底。企业记录显示，2015年12月21日，保合利佳公司投资人由北京君悦紫荆文化传媒有限公司（简称君悦紫荆公司），变更为北京湛泸公司。
相关记录显示，保合利佳公司成立于2010年1月6日，6年时间出现8次投资人变更，3次法定代表人变更。之前的投资人中，姚宝剑目前仍是保合利佳公司经理，其名字多次出现在北京几家酒店的工商信息上。此外，保合利佳公司监事齐铭伟的名字也出现在北京多家餐饮业公司注册信息上。

对于保利俱乐部的“前东家”君悦紫荆公司，记者查询工商资料发现，该公司成立于2006年10月27日，经营范围包括组织文化艺术交流、公关策划、舞台设计、礼仪服务等，住所为“北京市海淀区大钟寺东路9号京仪大酒店10层1030”。值得注意的是，与保利俱乐部同时被警方查处的丽海名媛俱乐部，也在京仪大酒店内，不过尚无证据证明两者之间存在关联。
通过进一步梳理股权关系重案组37号探员发现，在湛泸公司投资占股99.9%的李学锋，可能是保合利佳公司的实际控制人。
工商资料显示，湛泸公司成立于2014年12月15日，法定代表人李学锋，股东为梁志勇、李学锋，经营范围包括项目投资、投资管理、投资咨询等。不过该公司曾因通过登记的住所或者经营场所无法取得联系，已被列入经营异常名录。
至于自然人股东赵诗敏，工商信息显示，其于2014年11月参股保利俱乐部。据一名保安行业内部人士介绍，赵诗敏是中天护卫保安服务有限公司的法定代表人，“但不是实际控制人”。
中天护卫保安服务有限公司官网显示，该公司前身为北京京城振远保安技术服务公司，成立于2002年，保利地产是其客户之一。
关联公司“财神驾到”网站已关闭
湛泸公司网站显示，该公司领导团队由李学锋、李纬娜等三人组成，公司旗下还有一家名为财神驾到金融信息服务公司（简称“财神驾到”）。
“财神驾到”的工商信息显示，该公司主营金融信息服务；技术咨询；投资咨询；投资管理；软件开发；销售自行开发的产品，注册资本5000万元，李学锋为该公司执行董事，李纬娜为联合创始人和CEO。
在今年1月，在线投资理财平台“财神驾到”，被曝出逾期不能回款。
对此，“财神驾到”回应称，平台一直在正常运转，每天都有标的会正常回款到账。对于部分逾期标的平台风控部门也一直加紧追索，并且开始对前期逾期标的进行资产处置工作。自去年年底以来受经济大环境影响，部分借款人出现资金紧张风险，平台本着对投资人和借款人都要负责任的态度，首先启动风险准备金兑付逾期标的，同时积极为借款人寻求资源整合和资产盘活渠道，希望帮助借款人度过暂时的困难。
目前，“财神驾到”的网站已经无法打开。
12月27日，记者联系到“财神驾到”联合创始人李纬娜，她表示，暂时不对保利俱乐部相关事宜发表看法。
疑似控制人热衷于赛车
记者还发现，“财神驾到”以及李学锋作为股东的另一家公司北京嘉锐腾达投资公司（简称嘉锐腾达公司），均涉足赛车领域。
在百度百科对“财神驾到”的介绍中，该公司被称为“中国首家体育产业互联网金融平台，开创赛车金融产业先河”。
此前有媒体报道，“财神驾到”联合创始人、CEO李纬娜曾表示，“财神驾到”借贷产品主要有赛车手信用贷、赛车车队抵押贷、赛事运营贷以及赛车车道建设贷款等，“财神驾到在赛车产业金融方面拥有独特优势，不仅联合创始人、小额贷款领域资深专家李学锋先生是一名专业赛车手，且财神驾到的母公司旗下还拥有一支北方区最大的保时捷赛车车队，有16辆保时捷赛车。”
李纬娜还说过，“我们深谙赛车产业的每一个环节，不仅能提供金融信息中介服务，还能为来自赛车领域的借款人提供一系列产业链增值服务，包括车手培养、赛车养护、参赛服务等。金融与赛车结合，这是我们独一无二的。财神驾到的口号就是‘只跑车，不跑路’，我们将以互联网金融为依托，打造一个赛车产业闭环。”
而在嘉锐腾达公司旗下，有一支名为JR-M的车队，李学锋就是该车队车手之一，同时也是车队投资人之一。
近年来，JR-M车队屡次因得奖被媒体公开报道。2014年5月11日，在广东珠海举办的中国超级跑车锦标赛上，李学锋及另外两名队友代表JR-M车队包揽GT-CUP组前三位。
截至12月27日晚10时，重案组37号探员多次尝试联系李学锋未果。拨打工商信息上登记的电话号码后，接电话的人称该号码并非李学锋所使用。湛泸公司的400热线电话，只有录音提示没有人工接听，其他联系电话或是空号或无人接听。
