民警当下判断,该女子很可能涉嫌以此为由进行诈骗,于是上前盘查。面对民警询问,向乘客“借钱”的女子闪烁其词,于是民警将其带入警务室进行进一步询问。
经查,犯罪嫌疑人王某某承认自己虚构钱包丢失,向过往乘客讨要路费回家,并答应会及时归还。而被害人则通过微信转账的形式将钱转给王某某。
民警翻看王某某的手机记录取证时发现,她在当天四处找人“借”5元车费,实际上微信中收入显示已“借”到160元。此外,她还与同伙,以同样的方式于12月16日、17日、20日共骗取7名被害人3000余元。
根据王某某供述,民警在一旅馆内将其他3名同伙抓获。经审讯,嫌疑人姜某、张某、王某、王某某均承认多次结伙实施这样的小额诈骗的行为,合计涉案诈骗金额7000余元。目前姜某等4人均被刑事拘留。
