  43岁的船长吴德昌,在湄公河讨了23年生活,每块礁石、每处湍流,都了然于心。吴德昌入行的1993年,正是湄公河航道故事的开始。即便是湄公河惨案发生后,他也没有离开这里。


  今年是湄公河惨案五周年。2016年9月30日,根据案件改编而成的电影《湄公河行动》上映,在豆瓣电影上获得了8.1的高分,也进入了“2016年度百度沸点十大热搜电影”。但作为最早将“湄公河惨案”引入公众视野的吴德昌,却没有观影,“不想看,不愿再想那些事。”


  2016年11月底,刚刚休息不到半个月的吴德昌接到一单生意,400吨的日用品,从中国云南西双版纳的关累港运往泰国清盛港。沿着湄公河,吴德昌驾驶“嘉隆号”再次出发。

  “希望让更多人关注”


  2011年10月5日,“华平号”和“玉兴8号”两艘商船在湄公河孟喜岛水域遭遇劫持,13名船员被残忍杀害。第一具遇难者浮尸于两天后被人发现,系“华平号”船长黄勇,身上5处枪伤,惨不忍睹。


  就在这天,一位名叫“北纬21度1973”的网友在天涯上发帖——《金三角地区发生惊天血案,十多名中国船员惨遭屠杀》,配有大量图片,并不断更新。该帖迅速发酵,点击量很快超过60万次,这起发生在湄公河的血案,就这样进入了公众视野。


  发帖人正是吴德昌。


  “我只想让更多人关注这件事,”谈起5年前发帖的初衷,吴德昌回答得很简单。


  1993年入行的他一直在湄公河上跑船,与被劫持船只“华平号”“玉兴8号”上的船员打过交道,甚至还有认识超过十年的朋友。说起与这些朋友的交情,吴德昌不愿回忆太多,“我希望这件事能被更多人关注,为他们讨个公道”。事发多年,吴德昌仍是连连叹气,无奈又遗憾。


  2013年3月1日,案件主犯糯康、桑康·乍萨、依莱、扎西卡在云南昆明被执行死刑。


  案发后依然坚守


  “湄公河像我的生命一样”


  往年湄公河航线上,100多艘中国货船载着日用品、水果蔬菜等穿梭其中,闷热潮湿的环境、码头搬运的工人,人声鼎沸。惨案发生后,几乎是一夜之间,嘈杂的码头冷清下来。“四成以上的船员都回了家,因为担惊受怕,没有人敢出船,”吴德昌砸巴了一口烟。


  这么多年,一直有人问他当年为什么不转行,“开了大半辈子船,转行能干啥?”


  1973年,吴德昌出生在云南昭通。父亲是国营航运公司的资深船长,在金沙江上漂泊了大半辈子,退休后又转战澜沧江。听着父亲那些跑船的故事,吴德昌也成了一名水手。


  正如他说,澜沧江-湄公河就像他的生命一样。


  惨案发生后,航线全面停航,这段日子对吴德昌来说,是最难熬的。“瞎混呗!”似乎找不到更多的词语来形容那些日子,他整天闲逛、发呆,一天能抽掉两包烟,也不知道还要等多久。


  终于两个月后,湄公河全面复航,由中老缅泰湄公河联合巡逻执法船护航。


  复航后的首批货船


  “离开的人都回来了”


  这个消息令吴德昌兴奋不已,他开始忙着翻新船只、检查设备,随时准备着,那时候他的船还叫“中盛号”。


  很快,吴德昌接到了复航后的第一笔生意——土豆,从关累港运往泰国清盛港,“中盛号”也成为复航后跑船的第一批船队。


  复航初期,码头上仅有两三只船停靠,很是冷清,船员大多都已回家休息或另谋出路。“复航后,大家也是持观望态度,大约过了半年,码头才逐渐热闹起来,离开的人都回来了。”


  关累港又是一片繁荣。吴德昌给记者粗略计算了一下,以“湄公河惨案”前的市价来看,300吨载货量的船只为例,从关累到清盛,顺水行舟,每吨货物运费100元,返程价格翻倍。如此算来,一个来回可收到9万元货款,除去油费、报关费等2万余元,其他剩下的6万多元都是船员及船长的工资和提成。


  这种热闹派头持续了三年。2015年开始,航运事业逐渐萎缩。


  没看电影《湄公河行动》


  “不想再提那些事”


  今年11月底,休息了半个月的吴德昌接到一单生意——400吨的日用品从中国云南西双版纳关累港运往泰国清盛港。关累港距离清盛港 263 公里,去的时候花费15个小时左右,回来是逆行,要30多个小时。这一趟吴德昌跑了10天,“大部分时间都浪费在等待装货上”。


  往年此时是运输旺季,中国出口苹果、大蒜、石榴运往泰国,国内百姓也会囤积一些泰国物品,预备过年。今年,10余艘中国货船停靠在泰国金三角码头,没有生意可接。


  2013年底,从昆明到曼谷的昆曼公路全线开通,节省了在港口搬运、等待的时间,相当部分的蔬菜、水果等易腐货物被分流。“我们不运水果了,”吴德昌重重地吸了一口烟,现在很多船,一个月都跑不了一趟。


  “有些船主已经在考虑转行了,”吴德昌推测,春节一过,江上一半的货船都开不了了。

  虽然大部分时间都在船上,吴德昌也听说了电影《湄公河行动》上映的消息,甚至朋友发给他很多链接,但他都没有点开过,“不想看,也不想再提起那些事”。
