　　南都记者在今天下午的中国国防部例行记者会上提问称，据媒体报道，中央军委联合参谋部副参谋长、武警部队原司令员王建平缺席了党的十八届六中全会，近期也未见他的公开活动报道，请问发言人，王建平目前是否正在接受组织调查？

　　对此，中国国防部新闻发言人杨宇军答：王建平因涉嫌受贿犯罪，军事检察机关已对其立案侦查。

　　南都记者注意到，王建平是十八大后落马的第一位现役解放军上将，此前的落马的中央军委副主席徐才厚、郭伯雄以及空军原政委田修思虽是上将军衔，不过被查时已经退役。

　　公开履历显示，王建平1953年生人，早年加入解放军，曾在陆军第40集团军任职。上世纪90年代后，王建平转入武警部队序列任职，1996年 12月，王建平任武警西藏总队总队长、党委副书记，2000年4月任武警部队副参谋长，2006年8月，获擢升为武警部队参谋长，跻身当时的副大军区级。 次年7月，王建平被授予武警中将警衔，并在随后的十七大上当选为中央候补委员。2009年6月，王建平出任武警部队副司令员职务，六个月后接替届龄卸任的 吴双战执掌武警部队，担任司令员，成为大军区正职将领。2012年7月，王建平晋升武警上将警衔，2012年11月在十七届七中全会上递补为中央委员，并 在随后的中共十八大中连任中央委员。

　　十八大后，王建平经历了职务变动。2014年冬季将领调整中，时任武警部队司令员王建平与原副总参谋长王宁对调，出任原总参谋部副参谋长，此后 又兼任全军军事训练监察领导小组组长。今年初，解放军新一轮体制编制调整启动后，伴随机构调整王建平出任新组建的中央军委联合参谋部副参谋长职务。
