　　新华社济南12月29日电（记者杨维汉）29日，山东省济南市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了中国人民政治协商会议第十二届中国委员会原副主席苏荣受贿、滥用职权、巨额财产来源不明一案。

　　济南市人民检察院指控：2002年至2014年，被告人苏荣利用其担任中共青海省委书记、中共甘肃省委书记、中共中央党校副校长、中共江西省委书记等职务上的便利，为有关单位和个人在企业经营、职务晋升等方面提供帮助，直接或通过其特定关系人收受相关人员给予的财物共计折合人民币1.1亿余元；2009年，在南昌钢铁有限责任公司改制过程中，苏荣作为中共江西省委书记，违反相关规定，滥用职权，致使公共财产遭受重大损失，并造成恶劣社会影响；苏荣对共计折合人民币8000余万元的财产不能说明来源，应当以受贿罪、滥用职权罪、巨额财产来源不明罪追究其刑事责任。

　　庭审中，检察机关出示了相关证据，苏荣及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方充分发表了意见。苏荣表示对起诉书指控的犯罪事实无意见，并在最后陈述时当庭表示认罪、悔罪。人大代表、政协委员、新闻记者及各界群众100余人旁听了庭审。
