四川张献忠江口沉银遗址挖掘前的围堰工作正在进行。12月29日，实地探访遗址挖掘现场发现，围堰四周被总长度约为8公里的蓝色钢板围住，多个路口均有安保人员站岗，围堰内约50米就设有监控设备，安保森严。
四川眉山市彭山区宣传部一名工作人员告诉记者，该遗址的挖掘由国家文物局和四川文物考古研究院牵头，规格高，安保严，非持证人员均不得入内。1月5日将召开新闻发布会公布相关情况，届时或将组织统一进入挖掘现场参观。
“千船沉银”遗址挖掘工作启动
张献忠是陕西延安人，明朝崇祯三年（1630年）参加农民起义，于1644年攻破成都随即称帝；1646年，张献忠在四川西充凤凰山与明将杨展激战大败，大量金银财宝沉入岷江，留下“千船沉银”的宝藏传说。2005年起，该传说不断被证实，江口陆续发现银锭、金币、金印等。
近年来，“江口沉银遗址”屡遭不法分子盗掘。今年10月，眉山市警方披露中国公安部督办案件、“江口沉银遗址”文物盗掘倒卖案告破，追回文物千余件，涉案3亿元。
目前，彭山江口沉银遗址岷江东南岸开始围堰，做考古发掘的最后准备。
12月29日，记者经过彭山区岷江一桥到达江口镇。在岷江一桥上，远远就看到沉银遗址的围堰。
围堰紧靠着河岸，宽约30米。记者发现，围堰有两道“屏障”：一是岷江和江岸一侧房屋充当的“天然阻隔”，二是把围堰团团包围的蓝色钢板。
>围堰内抽水泵仍然在工作，但围堰中央的河床已经全部裸露出来。
围堰外围挖有一条排水沟，十余条粗大的水管通过抽水泵将围堰内的水排放至围堰的另一侧，中央的河床基本全部裸露出来。现场仍有两辆挖掘机在作业。围堰内有9名工作人员围在一处，有人手持金属探测仪来回走动，有人手戴白色手套蹲在一个土坑前仔细看着什么。
经过岷江一桥后就进入江口镇双江村，江口镇的房屋依主干道江口街而建。记者沿着江口街前行，发现包围围堰的钢板从双江村2组24号的房屋开始，一直延伸至毗邻双江村的石龙村江口街160号，全程大约2公里。钢板上还张贴有《彭山区江口沉银遗址水下考古项目施工公告》和《关于江口沉银遗址发掘的通告》
《施工公告》显示，2017年4月30日之前，四川省文物考古研究院将在江口大码头至江口崖墓博物馆区间的河道内进行考古发掘。
由眉山彭山区公安分局、彭山区文广新局联合印发的《通告》警示，在进行围堰施工和考古发掘过程中，严禁任何单位和个人进入河道内盗取沙石，不得对工程进行阻挠。发掘期间任何单位和个人未经批准不得进入发掘现场，不得蓄意破坏相关考古设施。未经许可，任何单位和个人不准使用航拍器对考古现场进行拍摄。如有违反本通告的行为，将按相关法律、法规进行处罚。
8公里钢板包围仅留两个出入口，出入时一人一证

围堰现场一名工作人员告诉记者，截至目前围堰四周的钢板基本全部布置完毕，用材总长“差不多有8公里”。
除了钢板的阻隔，现场还有多个安保人员站岗和巡逻。除了两个出入口各有2到3名执勤人员把守，沿江口街的路上还定点设有至少2个执勤点。执勤点的人员偶尔会派一人巡逻，一人留守。
12月29日中午，有5名专门从彭山区市区前来观看遗址现场的老人站在江岸前眺望和议论。不到5分钟，就赶来一名身穿黑衣的执勤人员。由于老人们在钢板外围，执勤人员也没有将他们驱赶，而是站在一旁，等老人们离去才回到执勤点。
两个出入口的安保更加紧张。工作人员的出入口大门都处于关闭状态，进入前必须出示证件，一人一证。车辆出入的通道一侧设有一个安保亭，两名执勤人员对出入车辆进行严格盘查。12月29日上午，运输钢板的两辆车、三名工作人员在通道口因没有证件不允许进入围堰，直到他们的同事办理好三张出入证才被放行。那名工作人员没有为自己留有证件，被执勤人员告知“一人一证，不能陪同”，无奈留在出入口处等着。
安保实行“军事化”管理，执勤点24小时值岗

记者注意到，在工作人员出入口的大门上写有“考古工地 预约参观的字样”，记者敲门询问是否预约就能进入，两名执勤人员称他们不清楚，需要记者“向领导打招呼，拿着证件再来”。记者随即来到马路对面的彭山江口沉银遗址水下考古工作站。工作站前树立着两块告示牌：一块写有“博物馆暂停对外开放”，一块写有“工作重地 闲人免进”。红色外墙的博物馆挂有一块牌子，上面写着“彭山江口沉银遗址水下考古工作站”，还有两个单位名称：国家文物局水下文化遗产保护中心和四川文物考古研究院。
记者尚未进入工作站的门口就被一名执勤人员拦住，被告知不管何种原因都不准入内。进出的工作人员也拒绝接受采访。

记者留意到，一个偏僻的路口因坡坎下有居民就没有被钢板封闭，但靠近江岸的地方驻有一名执勤人员。该名执勤人员告诉记者，现场实行的是“军事化”管理，每个岗位是24小时值班，执勤人员从早上8点半到岗，一直至次日8点半换岗。除了执勤人员，围堰内外已经安装十多个监控设备。上述执勤人员透露，此前有当地村民到江岸下靠近钢板的地方摘蔬菜，监控发现后立马有执勤人员赶来让村民迅速离去。他告诉上游新闻记者，领导三令五申绝对不能让任何人未经许可进入围堰，“要是有人进去了要出大事情”。另外，社会人员拍照和录像也都要经过领导批准。
12月29日下午，记者前往彭山区文管所提出能否进入围堰内的请求，对方称先和宣传部联系。彭山区委宣传部一名工作人员回应称，该挖掘项目由国家文物局和四川文物考古研究院牵头，规格高安保严，目前想进入“基本不可能”。1月5日将会召开新闻发布会，对相关情况进行公布。同时还有专家现场解答媒体问题，届时或将组织统一入内参观。
当地村民或将参与后期挖掘
12月29日，有多名村民向记者透露，12月中旬，江口镇政府通知当地居民称，年龄在60岁以下的居民能报名参与江口沉银遗址的后期挖掘工作，每天工作8小时，日结算工资120元。
双江村一名周姓村民告诉记者，她今年45岁，之前在彭山区市区一家饭店打工，每个月工资1900元。11月30日，饭店因经营不善倒闭，她就回到双江村。后来得知镇政府招人参加挖掘，“工资还算不错，而且就在家门口”，她就报名参加了。
她补充说道：“参加报名的可能有100多人，不过只招50个。报名的时候交了身份证复印件，拍了照，听说还会有体检。说是参与挖掘，但具体的做什么、什么时候开始都不太清楚，要等政府通知。”
双江村另一名52岁岳姓村民也报名了。作为农民，他对这份新工作显得有点迫不及待，“如果政府要我今天去，我还巴不得马上去呢！但开始过后估计也不是天天有活干。”
记者向江口镇政府确认上述村民提供的相关信息，对方回应表示：“具体要问（江口沉银遗址）挖掘组，我们只是负责转达通知，其他并不清楚。”对此，江口沉银遗址水下考古工作站的一名工作人员说。
