但是,用经济杠杆来发财,这样的做法是对实体经济的犯罪,我绝不允许这样的事情发生。实体经济走到这一步很不容易,我们投入了非常多的资金来发展技术。很多人利用上市公司圈钱、炒股价,这是不对的。中国也不可能单纯依靠金融杠杆就实现强国之梦,必须依靠实体经济。

格力电器想要收购珠海银隆,就是因为我看到了希望,甚至可以说,支持银隆发展它的技术,是中国成为制造业强国的一条必经之路。

国家现在鼓励发展新能源汽车,但是你有没有想过,现在的电动汽车,电池用三年就需要换一次,这其中消费者需要承担的二次成本有多少?降低成本这个问题不是消费者该想的,而是企业该想的。储能电池的问题不解决,新能源汽车就很难做到完美。

不客气地讲,现在很多油电混合动力汽车,更多地依然是依靠汽油来驱动的,它的技术先进性要打一个大大的问号。但是现在我可以非常自信地讲,如果消费者用银隆的电池,保证十年不用换。没有人敢跟我一起喊这样的话。

另外,格力电器的发展也需要电池,对未来的智能家居而言,好的电池是必不可少的。我相信,中国一定有能力在过去产能落后、技术落后、产品落后的状况下奋起直追。在未来的五年当中,像银隆这样追求技术、挑战自我的企业会不断地涌现。

很多人认为,这次收购没有成功是因为一些小股东的阻挠。错。当天股民表态时,现场99.9%的人都通过了。尽管大家认为收购价格高了一些,不是很满意,但是也都承认技术是无可置疑的。导致收购失败的,其实是一个突发事件。这确实令人遗憾,受损的不仅仅是格力电器股民的利益,还有国家的利益。

以前我们总讲一句话,说我们国家要实现“弯道超车”,其实新能源汽车已经能够让我们和其他国家站在一条起跑线上赛车了,它是创造性的改变,不是模仿性的改变。我说过,如果收购成功了,其实我要付出更多、责任更大,我得拼命地干,现在没有成功,我反而少干一些。但是,我对银隆的支持绝不停止,我用个人的身份来投资。

今年很多朋友问我,格力电器为什么不做净化器?中国的雾霾非常严重,外国企业的产品打入中国。有一位投资者专门给我介绍了一个瑞士的牌子,每台净化器卖一万六千多元,他说效果很好。后来,我拿回来测试了一下,发现根本不达标,因为雾霾太严重了,小小的净化器来不及转换。净化器只能摆在家里,但是人们不可能24小时生活在家里。我记得2010年去欧洲参观时,问当地人需要净化设备吗,人家回答我,“你看我们这里的空气,需要吗?”这句话一直深深地印在我的脑海里。对于制造业来说,真正的科技创新、技术突破,恐怕是要去解决雾霾诞生的根源,所以我后来选择的是投资新能源汽车。
