在谈到上市之后,公司重点往哪个方向发展时,陈德军表示:未来发展两个大的方向,一个是主体产业,另一个是资本方面。从产业方向来看,会在多元化方面进行一些布局,包括快递、快运、冷运、仓配一体等领域进行布局,另外还有一些国际业务、向农村领域扩展的业务也在布局中。

陈德军也坦言,目前有很多公司想做农村业务,但比较难做,但这个市场非常有潜力,申通有良好的商业模式和优秀的团队,会慢慢做起来的。尤其是上市实现资本化以后,网络、资金等层面都将不是担心的问题。

最近一两年各家大型快递企业陆续上市,快递行业面临新一轮竞争,与此同时,也进入微利时代,在谈到自己的解决之道时,陈德军表示:申通将对内将开源节流,比如在运营板块、路由板块、中转板块、末端的配送板块、原材料的采购板块这些板块进行建设。他以转运、分拨中心举例,目前行业还是人工分拣比较多一点,公司实现资本化以后,在未来的两到三年以后,80多个分拨中心基本上会实现全部自动化,这样效率会极大提升,也不会存在野蛮式分拣等问题。他表示估计未来两到三年申通转运中心会减少两万人。

在对外层面的布局,他表示应为客户提供更多更好的服务。他还认为,未来三到五年,行业会走到合并时代。他透露申通会考虑未来进行统筹协调,几家快递企业平时也有商讨,目前也有一些第三方的平台,比如丰巢、蜂网投资。

在谈到如何看待快递公司上市潮时,陈德军称:五大快递公司占据了70%左右的市场份额,几家快递公司目前采取借壳上市方式比较多。一个企业要做大做强,势必要走向资本这条道路,如果排队IPO,时间跨度比较大,借壳将缩短准备时间,快递行业最近几年也得到政府的认可和支持,所以上市进程较快、比较顺。

陈德军表示:快递行业是一个体量非常大的行业,每年都保持高速增长,从国家层面来说,也希望快递行业走上健康发展的道路,目前有相当数量的小快递公司,而快递公司本身也希望迎合国家政府的导向,通过资本化兼并重组一些小的快递公司,最终实现行业健康有序的发展。比如在美国快递市场,但市场份额都集中在联邦快递、UPS、USPS三家手上。他们也是经历了野蛮生长以后,通过资本化,兼并重组小型企业,实现发展。从监管的角度来说,也会更加方便。

最近两年申通快递毛利率面临下滑,谈到这一问题的解决时,陈德军也坦言,压力确实有,快递行业先经历了一段野蛮生长之后,现在实现了资本化,公司将进行对内对外业务的调整,比如2017年会重点布局冷运、贸易、仓配等业务。他以仓配为例,原来业务是单点发货,业务量提升后,会产生多点发货,在中国各个地方设置仓库,实现当地货物当地配送,提升用户体验度,降低配送成本。接下来申通也会做一些仓内增值性业务的工作,挖掘一些附加值比较高的产品服务。

陈德军还表示:申通走到今天,离不开底层员工,情愿自己的股份少一点,让给员工,只有他们好了,上市公司才能好,如果员工没有积极的心态,上市公司也没有太多价值。

目前快递公司普遍采用加盟商模式,最近几年加盟体系面临很大的考验,在谈到如何面对加盟商的潜在流失这一问题时,陈德军表示:会采取一些股份制模式,做一些定向非定向增发,把加盟商纳入到上市公司体系,实现进一步联结和加强。
