　　新华社北京12月31日电 中国公安部2016年12月31日消息，中国公安部A级通缉令通缉的涉嫌网络电信诈骗在逃人员廖乃健（男，33岁，广西壮族自治区宾阳县人）到宾阳县公安局芦圩派出所投案自首，其涉嫌诈骗作案3起，涉案总金额达1175万元。

　　经查，2016年6月21日，犯罪嫌疑人廖乃健利用QQ冒充云南某公司老总，骗取该公司152万元人民币。7月15日，廖乃健利用QQ冒充山东省某公司老总，骗取该公司535万元人民币。7月28日，廖乃健再次利用QQ冒充山西某集团公司董事长实施诈骗，骗取488万元人民币。接连发案后，三地警方相继迅速开展侦查工作，准确锁定廖乃健有重大作案嫌疑并将其网上追逃。9月26日，中国公安部对廖乃健发布A级通缉令进行公开通缉后，广西壮族自治区各级公安机关高度重视，抽调精干力量组成追捕专案组，积极联系云南、山东、山西三地公安机关，全力开展追捕工作。同时，宾阳县公安机关专案组频繁前往廖乃健家中，政策攻心、亲情感化，多策并举，耐心规劝。12月31日12时许，迫于宾阳县公安机关的追捕压力，东躲西藏、惶惶不可终日的犯罪嫌疑人廖乃健最终向公安机关投案自首。

　　目前，犯罪嫌疑人廖乃健已被依法羁押，案件正在侦办中。
