不到三年犯案六十多起
近日，邢朝刚等67名被告人犯罪一案在芜湖市中级人民法院开庭审理，该案犯罪地在无为县，由芜湖市中级人民法院指定芜湖县法院管辖，邢朝刚等被告人涉及组织、领导黑社会性质组织罪、开设赌场罪、聚众斗殴罪、寻衅滋事罪、敲诈勒索罪、非法拘禁罪、非法持有枪支罪、容留他人吸毒罪、妨害公务罪等罪名。据指控，自2012年6月直至案发前，该组织及其组织成员共实施组织性犯罪53起，实施违法行为9起，严重破坏了当地的经济、社会生活秩序。
综合案件性质和情节、各被告人的作用和地位，芜湖县法院依法对邢朝刚团伙的67名被告人依法作出一审判决，被告人邢朝刚获刑二十年，并处没收财产35万元，并处罚金35.5万元。该案是目前安徽省法院审理的涉案人数最多的涉黑案件，系中国公安部、安徽省公安厅、安徽省人民检察院挂牌督办案件，也是安徽省法院审理的律师参与辩护人数最多、法院人财物投入最多、庭审驾驭难度最大的重大涉黑犯罪案件。一审宣判后，少数被告人当庭表示上诉。
