BT download Kickass officially return, one of the world's largest seed-IT-KickassTorrents,BT information

After the famous head of the BT site Artem Vaulin (aka tirm) arrest, followed by two key members of the site were also wanted.
In fact in mid-December last year, the site was back online, just prior to the commissioning phase, the system is not stable, in more than half a month after the site back to normal access.
United States Department of Justice has charged Vaulin faces two counts of copyright infringement, one count of conspiracy to commit copyright infringement charges and a suspected money-laundering charges. KickassTorrents all domain names had already been sealed up, Web sites cannot be accessed.
In order to avoid accountability, Vaulin relies on servers around the world providing services to visitors, and constantly due to the transfer of proceedings in the Web site's domain name. 事实上这家网站在去年的12月中旬就已经重新上线，只不过在此前为调试阶段，系统并不稳定，在半个多月之后这家网站重新能够正常访问。
此前美国司法部曾指控Vaulin面临着两项侵犯版权罪名，一项串谋侵犯版权指控以及一项涉嫌洗钱的指控。当时KickassTorrents网站的所有域名已经被查封，网站也无法访问。
为了逃避追究责任，此前Vaulin依赖于分布在世界各地的服务器为访问者提供服务，并不断地由于诉讼转移网站的域名。长期以来，这类BT网站一直认为他们符合《数字千年版权法》，因此也受其安全港条款的保护。因为类似KickassTorrents这样的网站只允许用户提供盗版内容链接，并因此声称这些网站不对用户的行为自由负责。然而，监管机构却表示Vaulin运行网站时往往使用“冗长的要求”绕过撤除请求。
