新京报快讯(记者 赵毅波)据中国铁路总公司(以下简称“中国铁路总公司”)1月3日在官方微信的消息，2017年中国铁路总公司将开展混合所有制改革。
中国铁路总公司工作会议1月3日在北京召开。铁路总公司党组书记、总经理陆东福在会上作了《强基达标 提质增效 奋力开创铁路改革发展新局面》的报告。陆东福指出，2017年重点抓好八个方面的工作，其中之一为落实经营权责，提高铁路资本经营效益。规范和落实铁路两级主体企业权责，推进铁路资产资本化经营，开展混合所有制改革，加大综合经营开发力度，努力提高铁路企业经营效益。
早前在2015年两会期间，时任中国铁路总公司总经理的盛光祖接受多家媒体采访时称，铁路总公司在适当时考虑上市，具备条件时会上市，多走市场化道路。混合所有制改革方面，中国铁路总公司也有所考虑。
陆东福还称，2016年中国铁路行业固定资产投资完成8015亿元，投产新线3281公里，新开工项目46个，新增投资规模5500亿元，到2016年底，中国铁路营业里程达12.4万公里，其中高速铁路2.2万公里以上。
