河南省驻马店市市委原书记刘国庆认罪9个月后又反悔
1月3日，河南省许昌市中级人民法院公开宣判驻马店市市委原书记刘国庆受贿案，认定刘国庆犯受贿罪，判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产；已扣押的涉案赃款赃物上缴国库，不足部分继续予以追缴。
法院审理查明，刘国庆利用其先后担任河南省公安厅副厅长、驻马店市市长、中共驻马店市市委书记的职务便利，为他人在承揽工程、职务调整提拔、土地开发等事项上提供帮助，非法收受他人财物，共计折合人民币6799万元及港币10万元。
