另外，汉龙持有的四川德阳天然气有限责任公司70%的股权也将被拍卖，其是集天然气开发、输配、应用、工程设计、安装、多种经营为一体的大型燃气企业，是德阳市的重点骨干企业之一，截至 2015年10月拥有民用户20.73万户，工业用户53家。
除了能源产业，高速公路也在拍卖资产包中，比如四川汉龙高速公路开发有限公司100%股权。

面对如此广泛的资产，法院方面对竞买人的身份进行了一定限制，要求竞买人企业净资产（所有者权益）不低于50亿元。法院还要求，刘汉个人、四川汉龙（集团）有限公司对本资产包有关企业的民事债务提供了担保，竞买人须承诺受让后全部承接上述或有债务。
汉龙集团旗下资产负债率达80.20%
