江西省万年县交通局长违规建两栋别墅 利用职权铺设专有公路|江西|别墅|贪腐_新闻资讯

　　3日，万年县网友黄和铁通过《问政江西》实名举报，反映江西省万年县交通局局长饶品建存在违法违纪的情况。举报者称，饶品建利用其担任万年县交通局局长的便利以权谋私，其在当地违规建有两栋别墅，其中一栋位于县城里的别墅正在进行改扩建，但并未取得相关合法手续；而另一栋位于其老家的别墅更是占地面积巨大，配有大型鱼池，甚至连乡间公里都直通别墅。

　　交通局长被爆违规建设两栋别墅

　　举报者称，饶品建县城中的别墅早已建好，在旁边的郊区小学搬迁后，饶品建便将别墅进行了违规改扩建，而改扩建工程并未取得有关部门的许可。另外饶品建还利用关系，占用了已搬迁的郊区小学地皮，将门前的小路改建为超过4米宽的大路，以方便出行。也正是因为违规改扩建，饶品建还与旁边邻居发生了矛盾。通过举报者发来的视频和照片可以发现，宽阔的道路尽头，一栋基本完成的别墅正在进行最后的装修收尾工程，施工噪音不绝于耳。

　　通过其他材料还可以看到，一条蜿蜒宽阔的乡间公路穿过田间地头，最后直接连通至饶品建在青云镇老家的别墅。该别墅占地面积巨大，门口是高大的铁门，门内修建有绿地花圃，别墅外还有同样面积巨大的鱼池和绿地，附近就再没有其他的建筑物。举报者质疑，这样一条高标准的乡间公路为何直通饶品建的别墅，别墅成为了整条道路的唯一的目的地，其他村民根本没有办法享受到道路带来的便利。国家出线修路本是为了利民，怎么就变成了交通局长的私家公路？

　　举报者还表示掌握了饶品建其他的违法违规行为。此外网友还希望追查在饶品建所有的违规行为中涉及有关国土、城建等行政部门的不作为行为。

　　回应称未违纪违规 纪检部门已介入

　　对于举报，当事人饶品建回应称，从未违纪违规，系举报者因交通局下属一检测站经营纠纷进行报复，并表示当地纪检部门已介入。

　　饶品建称，自己在县城里别墅的改扩建工程手续齐全，经过了有关部门的批准，而占用郊区小学地皮拓宽小路，其实是新建的幼儿园地基后移导致道路变宽。至于网友反映的乡间公路直通别墅的问题，饶品建承认道路却是联通到自家别墅，但是在新农村建设中由村里帮忙铺设的，自己再进行了修缮，不是以权谋私。但同时饶品建未对举报人反映的其他问题进行更多回应，事情的真实情况还有待纪检部门的调查，《问政江西》也会继续关注此事。（记者黄玉龙）
