China Resources group, Chairman of the corruption trial involving more than 33 million

华润集团原董事长贪污案开庭 涉案金额超3300万

　　2017年2月27日，广东省广州市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了华润（集团）有限公司原党委书记、董事长宋林贪污、受贿一案。

　　广东省广州市人民检察院在地图中查看指控：2004年至2013年，被告人宋林利用担任华润创业有限公司总经理、华润集团董事长等职务上的便利，以领取认股权名义和在下属公司报销个人费用等方式侵吞公共财物，共计折合人民币974.075万元。2005年至2012年，宋林利用担任华润集团总经理、董事长等职务上的便利，为金汇国际投资有限公司、王宏琨等单位和个人在项目合作、奖金审批、职务晋升等事项上提供帮助，索取、收受上述单位和个人给予的财物，共计折合人民币2336.3489万元。

　　法庭上，检察机关出示了相关证据，被告人宋林及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，宋林进行了最后陈述，并当庭表示认罪认罚。人大代表、新闻记者及各界群众80余人旁听了庭审。
