洗净的鲫鱼一条，调料碗里放花生油、盐、生抽、酱油、料酒，先把鲫鱼蘸料刷一遍，开小火烤一到两分钟，再蘸料刷一遍，再烤一分钟，然后边烤边蘸料刷，记得鲫鱼翻面，半小时即可出炉。
