李某父母均系某化工企业职工，事发时，家中只有放学回家的李某一人。12月2日，李某母亲调至该企业新疆分公司，李某一同前往。临行前，办案民警将李某母女赴新疆事向原原家人及其律师进行了当面告知。公安部门将进一步核查事件相关具体情况，并严格依法处理。
救治医院通报： 12月4日，原原已苏醒，拟于近日接受手术。
长寿区政府发言人表示：一是对发生此事深感痛惜，感谢社会各界与网友的关心，责令李某监护人依法履行法定责任，截至目前，李某监护人已支付原原医药费7.8万元。二是积极协助医院尽全力做好对原原的救治及其家属的安抚工作。三是在前期调查的基础上，继续责成区公安部门进一步核查事实，依法处理。四是责成区教育部门切实加强对学生的教育和管理，严防类似事件的发生。五是司法等相关部门为原原方提供法律援助，支持原原方依法维权。12月4日，原原家人已向长寿区法院提起民事诉讼，区法院已受理此案。

父亲称“女儿很正常”
原原的表叔斯永红昨日告诉北青报记者，11月25日下午，原原被送到长寿区人民医院，当晚又转至重庆市儿童医院，一直到近两日才苏醒过来。孩子醒过来后哭闹得厉害，让大人感到揪心。
“医生说，抽原原脑部的淤血时，抽出‘脑花’了，就不敢再抽了，说是‘脑花’都散了。” 斯永红后来向北青报记者确认，他听到的“脑花”是脑浆，并表示现在原原的左腿、左臂没有知觉。医生原定于昨日为原原做脑膜修复手术，但因孩子身体太虚弱而推迟，医生希望等孩子恢复几天再手术。除了脑部受伤，原原还有包括胸部在内的多处骨折，家长担心即便保住性命，以后也会留下后遗症。
斯永红告诉北青报记者，事发后他们很费解：摔打原原的女孩是和原原居住在同一栋楼同一单元25层的10岁女孩，由于原原家才搬来1个多月，和女孩并不认识。
网络上，许多人震惊于小女孩骇人的行为，并推测其精神曾受过刺激，或具有反社会人格等等。原原的妈妈曾女士告诉北青报记者，昨日她找女孩爸爸李先生拿原原的治疗费，有随同前往的记者询问李先生其女儿是否有问题，“他说，我女儿很正常。”曾女士说，还有记者问他有无向原原家道歉或者去看望原原，李先生回答说曾让两名同事去探望。
据媒体报道， 女孩的父亲李先生称，他女儿平时很喜欢小孩和小动物，但是表达方式有问题。事后他问女儿为何踢打男孩时，“女儿说男孩跟她做鬼脸，不友好”。李先生还表示，他和妻子日常打骂女儿以至于对其性格多少有影响。
12月4日，女孩家长与原原家长在派出所的协调下第一次见面。“女孩父亲说，他们筹钱困难，让我们也想办法筹钱，还说是准备卖房子为原原治疗。”斯永红说，“谁知道他们卖房是为了什么，听警察说，女孩和她妈妈已经到新疆了，说是为了保护女孩。”

专家解读
心理专家：女孩摔童行为疑属品行障碍
小女孩摔童过程触目惊心，网民质疑其患有反社会型人格。对此，北青报记者请教了心理学家武志红，他认为女孩年龄仅10岁，人格未完全形成，就目前行为来看，可能属于品行障碍，这是待成年后判断其是否患有反社会型人格的一个条件。
武志红介绍，形成品行障碍的原因主要有三类，即生物学因素、家庭因素、社会因素。生物学因素主要指基因遗传，亲生父母有违法或犯罪行为，孩子的反社会型行为出现率高。还有雄性激素水平高的男童出现攻击和破坏行为的倾向增加。
不良家庭因素则是品行障碍的主要病因。指父母患精神疾病，对物质依赖、精神发育迟滞；父母与子女之间缺乏亲密的感情联系，对待孩子冷漠或忽视、挑剔、粗暴，甚至虐待孩子，或者对孩子过分放纵，不予管教；父母之间不和睦，经常吵架或打斗，分居或离异；父母有违法犯罪行为等。武老师认为，依据女孩视频中的暴力行为，可判断她缺乏一种共性能力，即感受他人快乐或痛苦的能力。在婴儿一岁左右时，如果父母对婴儿有暴力行为或长期忽视培养，可能造成这种能力缺失，使其她对攻击别人的行为没了羞耻心，也不会感觉对方会疼。而社会因素指个体受身边不正确的道德观和暴力行为影响。
心理学界调查发现，属于反社会型人格的人，往往颇具“魅力”，其思维不受传统道德约束，没了规则，为达目的，头脑变化、计算要“超”于常人。反社会型人格会表现为把他人当做物品来进行攻击、虐待弱者、故意挑战权威，经典的表现就是看到别人痛苦时他们会开心。
武志红认为，如本案案情能够确认，社会应重视对此案的判决。据他回忆，几年前曾有一名北京12岁男孩强奸了一名女童，后来处理方式较轻，男孩14岁时将女童及其一名家人杀害。
法律专家：
女孩不满14岁免刑责
由于当地警方、政府并未对女孩摔童的案情进行核准，北京市青少年法律援助与研究中心主任、律师佟丽华表示，如果目前看到的行为均属实，因其不满14周岁，即使故意伤害致他人重伤也无需承担刑事责任，仅必要时政府会进行收容教养，或放到未成年人管教所。依照我国法律，女孩监护人会被责令对孩子进行管教，赔偿受害者经济损失。
