通报要求，全区各级党组织要充分认清纠正“四风”的长期性、复杂性，深刻认识坚持和深化的关系，把贯彻落实中央八项规定和自治区党委十条规定精神作为一项重要的基础性工作，摆上议事日程，加强组织领导。各级领导干部要从自身做起，从严要求，率先垂范，以身作则。广大党员干部要坚决克服心存侥幸、等待观望、“避风头”等心理，真正把中央和自治区党委有关规定精神落到实处。
