　　今年中秋节前，时任中粮肉食公司总经理江国金提议并决定将部分新产品送中粮集团有关人员“试吃”，办公室主任助理林强参与研究并具体办理，送出礼品113份，合计金额53788元。《通报》说，中粮肉食公司以“试吃”为名行送礼之实，属于用公款送节礼的违纪行为。国资委纪委给予江国金党内严重警告处分，给予林强党内警告处分。

　　《通报》指出，中粮集团有关人员收受礼品，亦属违纪行为。鉴于中粮集团党组在国资委纪委调查前，已根据反映主动组织自查整改并进行了退赔，故责成中粮集团党组向国资委党委作出深刻检查并在中粮集团系统进行通报。

　　《通报》说，查处这起典型问题，充分体现了国资委党委贯彻落实中央八项规定精神、坚决反对“四风”的鲜明态度，中央企业务必从中汲取教训、引以为戒。
