中国装备的核心竞争力日益增强
11月25日下午，中国广核集团有限公司董事长贺禹、罗马尼亚国家核电公司总裁Daniela Lulache分别在关于建设罗马尼亚切尔纳沃德核电站3、4号机组的合作意向书上签字。

在过去的30年，我国从只能设计制造32万千瓦水电机组，到能全部国产化制造70万千瓦特大型水电机组，从只能担当三峡工程机组制造的“配角”，到成为右岸机组独立承包商，进步很快。国内装备制造企业已能与跨国公司同台竞技。
原国务院重大技术装备办公室副主任董必钦在接受本报采访时介绍，通过结合重大工程建设和重点行业的需要，确立国产化依托工程，组织统一对外谈判，引进、消化、吸收国外先进技术，支持企业技术创新和技术改造等措施，我国一些重大装备生产企业快速成长起来。
与世界双赢，走互利共赢之路
清华大学中国与世界经济研究中心研究员袁钢明认为，中国的优势装备制造产品技术输出国外，对中国和外国都有利，可以达到“双赢”。
根据英国官方的最新消息，卡梅伦的这次经贸之行成果颇丰，目前已经签订了价值56亿英镑的合同，包括45亿英镑的路虎汽车销售以及一家英国公司向中国销售自行车，这将至少为英国创造1500个就业机会。
在日前举行的第三届中国—中东欧国家经贸论坛上，李克强指出，中国从不追求对中东欧国家的贸易顺差，愿通过多种方式，如增加进口中东欧国家牛羊肉、奶制品等优质农产品及其它产品、扩大中国公民赴中东欧国家旅游等，促进彼此贸易动态平衡。他同时也表示，中国愿加强与中东欧国家在高铁和普通铁路、核电与其他电力、公路、港口、电信等领域的合作，尽快启动一批大项目建设，使中国和中东欧之间的投资规模迅速攀升，从而带动贸易规模大幅增长。
